I did IV chelation with edta some years ago. It was over about 6-8 weeks then I got tested again. It was a urine test I believe. It got me down to "normal" levels but I'd like to finish getting rid of the rest. I think my Chiropractor is certified to do it but I might just go with the oral chelation. Thanks for shining the light on this Elliot. May you be successful at getting the lead out.
That was just the portion visible in your blood. Heavy metals enter cells through the lipid cell membrane and can't be detected with any normal testing methods until provoked and redistributed again. You would be surprised how much mercury and other hm's we can get contaminated with and how many years it can take to get rid of those...
Inspiring! This year I'm removing all my tattoos and metal amalgam fillings. Hoping this will cure my migraines and fibromyalgia. Thanks for sharing! Please do a part 2 update soon!
You can test your toxin levels with a test from Great Plains Lab called GPL-tox. That helped me determine the cause of my migraines (Bromopropane and perchlorate). Glutathione IVs were a lifesaver for me. My migraines improved significantly after 2 IVs. I go once a month now. Then I got long Covid and that caused a different kind of migraine. Quitting alcohol and reducing refined carbs has been helpful. Good luck finding solutions, no one should have to live with migraines.
People dont know this but a lot of water pipes are still lead. Even if your property does have lead pipes into it, further up the line could still be lead. I'm interested to see how this plays out, see you in 4 months.
WOW Thank you. I have mercury toxicity (amalgam fillings since 4 years old) I have been working on it for 4-5 years. I greatly appreciate you sharing this. I used EDTA for about a month but it greatly increases my carb cravings. After 5 months on the carnivore diet I could not stand the cravings once I started EDTA. I have Lyme disease which is probably the cause. I had greatly increased cravings for carbs after contracting Lyme. Eating things I never liked to eat before like doughnuts, cake, ice cream I have gone back to Diatomaceous earth and periodic fasting for Lyme. Lyme uses heavy metals to hide from the immune system by the way. By the way with lysine you should alternate with arginine. Lysine is antagonistic with arginine so take them at different times. Thank you for the information. God bless
It's very complex. Similar story, Was also taking EDTA, biocidin lsf, nystatin, GI Detox, zeolite, R-ALA, OptimALA, NAC, ascorbyl palmitate, mixed tocopherols etc. Agmatine sulfate is also good but be carefull about cold sores but if taking lysine also stops it. I took EDTA for 3months and Interfase plus. After that medicinal mushroom extracts from Nootropics Depot is helping me incredible especially cordyceps 10:1 and Erinamax.
Danf. Sry. I am scared to see what's in my system. I also have 3 amalgam fillings but no $$ to remove them. I have heard that the docs that do remove them have to wear a hazmat uniform yet they put these things in ouir mouths. Thank God I found out about them about 10 years ago so I didn't get more.
@@Clairbear1222 If they are exposed amalgam fillings, you really ought to start saving to get them removed ASAP. The mercury just accumulates in your brain otherwise. The older the amalgam filling, the more mercury it releases.

Great video, Elliot. I love the information you share. I had high elevated levels of lead and other metals. Lead is dangerous. Personally, I think all the use of these supplements is a bit unnecessary, I pulled my lead out with charcoal, glutathione, and saunas, and it worked very effectively
It’s been years since I looked into it but it was my understanding that ALA needs to be taken on a strict schedule every 3 hours or it can just dump the metals back into your system. That was a mercury detox protocol I was reading about several years ago.
It maybe can be done faster and effective more with also sustained ALA, sustained NAC and medicinal mushroom extracts like cordyceps and reishi that also increase glutathione. Good brands are Oriveda, Nootropics Depot and Real Mushrooms. Nootropics Depot Optim-ALA is a great one to take but expensive.
I began making and drinking distilled water 3 years ago and to date have no heavy metal issues based on my last test 6 months ago. Which took me by surprise as I have been removing my mercury fillings during the past year ( I finished my last one on December) so was surprise to see mercury being below the danger line. Anyways, the though behind is that distilled water is a negative charge product and metals are a positive charge. Hope this helps anyone curious.
@@OGAesthetics Lead was the problem. You can find protocols or consult with a naturopath to get the prescription. I took it on a weekly basis for a couple of years to really see results. I really don't get headaches anymore since heavy metal detox.
@@lovelyj78 There seems to be some debate about this. Dr Garrett Smith covered the literature and says that activated charcoal is used in multiple times a day doses for colostomy bag patients. The only nutrient depletion seen, and it was minor, was vitamin C. The charcoal adsorbs toxic bile .. not the heavy metals directly, but the bile they are bound to. Normally, 95% of bile gets reabsorbed by the GI tract in a typical North American diet with lowish fibre.
I've used a similar protocol for chronic fatigue..and it was excellent..and though the following day it was like I was run over by a bus..afterwards I bounced back better than ever before.
...I beleive the idea is to open cells to force a cytocane cascade? so bundled pathogens can be released..for them to be exposed to disabling anti viral when in spirochete form....otherwise they stay buried under biofilms etc.. as stealth is status of pathogens while bundled and locked in so to speak. I can imagine this is the logic behind long covid as well.

Elliot, is methylene blue high in lead? I know that herbs from Asia are often contaminated with lead. Those of us on protocols need to bear this in mind.

I’m a nutritionist but have limited resources and abilities to assess myself so I look at vitamin deficiencies first. I felt like I should take about 1200 mg of Benfotiamine for my air hunger. The day after I made that decision , I was alerted to your video on B1. I took that as confirmation. A few days later, I went to the chiropractor where there is a foot bath. It showed the presence of heavy metals. I asked the chiropractor to use applied kinesiology to test which metal. It came back as lead. I purchased a homeopathic formula to help detox the lead. Within two days, my breathing became calmer. In all fairness, I did take a Benadryl to help calm it down, I was overwhelmed. But it led me to think if there was a connection to B1 and lead removal. Or if the deficiency of B1 made it easier for lead to accumulate. (I do live across the river from a crop science chemical plant) Then I was alerted to your video on lead! I had wondered if you found a connection to B1. You didn’t mention it on the video. Last night I came home feeling flu like and this morning a terrible headache. I wondered if I was detoxing. I still thought there was a connection to the B1 and lead somehow but could not find it. Today I’m alerted to your protocol and connection of B1 to lead! I’m so sick today so I eased up on the B1 and homeopathic lead formula but I’m excited to not only have an answer but also that I was on the right track and each time I wondered about this I was alerted to your next video. He also has a diet the shows foods that provoke and dont provoke heavy metals. This is important because provoking metals husts the brain, liver, kidneys and other tissues. Chealators also provoke but do it with a double bond ( foods are single) after its passed to the bile it needs to be bound with bentonite, zeolite, or charcoal so it dosent get reassured with the bile. The book also lists other chelators, methods, and vitamins to use there are biochemical reasons for this. Don't hurt your your self by doing it wrong. Hey Elliot, I've watched a ton of your videos and share your, and I'm sure your other viewers', astonishment at the presence of the completely unrecognised public health crisis in the form of subclinical thiamine deficiency. I've personally just started the TTFD megadosing protocol whilst on the carnivore diet in order to see if it will help sort out the dysautonomia that is contributing to my severe anxiety, help resolve my gastroperesis and constipation and ultimately help resolve my moderate seborrheic dermatitis to build on the results that I have already seen. I have a load of other supplements that I'm taking alongside that I've heard you mention in your videos and interviews (vitamin C, Magnesium glycinate, vitamin D, riboflavin etc). However like many people watching your videos I'm just generally unsure of which brands to choose to buy supplements from and how to choose products based on their fillers, with the aim to avoid fillers that could potentially be unhelpful for the gut or that sensitive people generally react to. I'm not 100% sure which fillers I should be trying to avoid, or even whether I should be trying to avoid them given that my health condition, though bothersome and frustrating, is certainly not that bad relative to others. I just hear about magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide and occasionally some people are so sensitive they react to microcrystalline cellulose. Is it possible to buy all supplements without fillers so you don't have to think about possible negative? The reason why I've detailed all of this is because I think that a lot of people who watch your videos could really benefit from and would really appreciate a video or an article on your website , or even a document which people could get for a reasonable fee that people would be more than happy to pay since they'll save a lot of money on buying useless supplements, that goes through the major fillers you should be trying to avoid (depending on how careful you want to be), which fillers are technically completely safe for the majority of even the very sensitive, and finally at the end of the video/document if you could provide a small list of products from brands for every vitamin and mineral that you recommend in your videos that are perfectly safe with very little risk of reaction that would be amazing. I just think it would save many of viewers a lot of time, confusion, money and potentially even pain, and would be really beneficial all around. I think most people would rather not deal with the uncertainty of something messing with you in your supplements when trying to resolve a health problem. You could even make a list of products that you can buy in NA, in Europe or wherever!

Are you familiar with Andy Cutlers work on chelation. He used DMSA/DMPS on a 4/8 hour dose cycle. He didnt recommend EDTA. He wrote a book on heavy metal chelation. Lead is stored in the bones, hence why its difficult to get readings. Also, if you mercury toxic it has a multiplicative effect. 600mg of ALA would be dangerous if you have mercury. Especially if its not dosed on the half life. Hopefully you don't have Mercury...
I did improper chelation before I found Andy cutler and almost died, it’s so dangerous what these people are giving out. Improper chelation is dangerous.
Yes very familiar with Andy's work, but I disagree with the premise that his chelation protocol is the only way to get rid of metals. You can flip it round and look at Garry Gordon's work, who used oral EDTA long-term in thousands with no issues. Likewise, Cutler was downright wrong about the TTFD form of thiamine. He said it was toxic, which is absolutely false
@@EONutrition love your work and dedication thiamine has helped me tremendously - but as a long term chelator (high occupational exposures) - initially used EDTA and then switched to DMSA once amalgams removed as mercury was also an issue -I am concerned about your plan to use ALA in the fashion you plan - many many Cutler people got in trouble due to using ALA in this fashion in the past. I developed tremendous mental health problems due to using ALA (even on the timed dosage plan) because I still had hidden mercury in my mouth - an amalgam under a crown. Please please carefully monitor yourself re ALA effects - as it really does seem to mobilize the mercury so that it can move from somewhere that it is not causing a lot of problems and end up where it can create terrible problems. I'm only going back to ALA after using DMSA only for a long time after finding the hidden amalgam - and then it will be low dose and timed delivery. Thank you for your work.

I would love to know how you came up with the idea of toxins being released in your blood. I would encourage you to revisit that idea and scrutinize it a bit more. Toxins are dumped into the interstitial fluids which make up the Lymphatic System. The kidneys are your waste water plant and your lymph system is the sewer system. That's as simple as it needs to be. Your blood is so sensitive to ph levels that if it raises over 7.4pm or under 7.0 ph you become septic and can die very quickly.
Principle as follows: Adipose is the main storage depot for lipid-soluble xenobiotics. Lipolysis releases free fatty acids, along with associated xenobiotics into blood. Niacin triggers an initial inhibition of lipolysis, followed by a rebound effect of increased lipolysis for approx 4 hours. Xenobiotics in blood --> liver --> conjugation --> bile to gut/ liver to kidney

I found this to be the case. There is an article on the web about an analysis of eighty five dark chocolate bars. They were tested for both lead and cadmium. Only four or five out of the eighty five had acceptable levels of lead and cadmium.
@@jillturner8680 What I learned in the article was that the cadmium in many dark chocolate bars comes from the soil--it's only the older cacao plants that do that, so some farms are ripping out their older plants and only using young ones. The lead comes from mid level processing of the beans.

Did notice any positive changes or results on yourself as a result of the heavy metal removal ?
Inspiring! This year I'm removing all my tattoos and metal amalgam fillings. Hoping this will cure my migraines and fibromyalgia. Thanks for sharing! Please do a part 2 update soon!
Good idea and good luck!
@@itzakpoelzig330 Thank you!
Good luck finding solutions, no one should have to live with migraines.

amalgam might get worse for a few months before it gets better, i had a couple removed last year
People dont know this but a lot of water pipes are still lead. Even if your property does have lead pipes into it, further up the line could still be lead.
I'm interested to see how this plays out, see you in 4 months.
WOW
Thank you.
I have mercury toxicity (amalgam fillings since 4 years old)
I have been working on it for 4-5 years.
Eating things I never liked to eat before like doughnuts, cake, ice cream
I have gone back to Diatomaceous earth and periodic fasting for Lyme.
EDTA is not a chelator for mercury you need a different protocol for Hg and amalgam filling removal too - done safely following proper protocols

Yes I'm using ALA with Andy Cutler mercury detox.
Oral DMSA and FIR sauna worked for us. Activated charcoal is a great long-term nightly solution.
for what metals?
@@OGAesthetics Lead was the problem. You can find protocols or consult with a naturopath to get the prescription. I took it on a weekly basis for a couple of years to really see results. For Mercury detox, I had success with Quicksilver IMD. Will activated charcoal remove other necessary minerals from your body? I read somewhere someone saying that
@@lovelyj78 There seems to be some debate about this.

I have had neurological issues for over a year but could not find an answer. I developed shallow, rapid breathing and was in distress.

I’m so sick today so I eased up on the B1 and homeopathic lead formula but I’m excited to not only have an answer but also that I was on the right track and each time I wondered about this I was alerted to your next video. EDTA is the only thing nessecary to bring the heavy metals out and excreted? or do you need to time the EDTA with a binder for proper excretion?
there are different phases in liver detoxification. - if you have questions like this, dont do / test out anything! inform yourself first, or you could end worse! (like i did). "bringing out"/excreting happens in different phases. first you mobilize, then you bind, then you excrete. - if you dont have enough glutathione, edta cant do the job. - but taking glutathione, or the 3 precursor, can redistribute itself. you cant learn a protocol from a youtube comment.

Everyone has mercury though...

I also read the book of Dr Sircus ,Medical miracles with carbon dioxide and bicarbonates that also had the right doses of bicarbonate
Moringa is an incredible plant. I’m
surprised they have them in Queensland
Im also thinking about trying out Dr. David Roots Niacin Sauna protocol! I'm hoping it takes my health to the next level!
Is there a 6mo. Update?
@EONutrition have you used Calcium or Disodium EDTA? Which one would be more effective in removing arterial plaque? And would Disodium EDTA leach out calcium from the bones?
Vitamin k2 mk 4- mk 7 has been demonstrated to remove arterial plaques, and help put calcium where it should be in your bones. But please research this yourself plenty of channels on RUclips even from Heart Surgeons
Principle as follows:
Adipose is the main storage depot for lipid-soluble xenobiotics.
Lipolysis releases free fatty acids, along with associated xenobiotics into blood.
Niacin triggers an initial inhibition of lipolysis, followed by a rebound effect of increased lipolysis for approx 4 hours.
Xenobiotics in blood --> liver --> conjugation --> bile to gut/ liver to kidney
legendary trio! camu-camu, spirulina and parsley, poor heavy metals
Do you have symptoms of lead toxicity or is it just showing up on the test?
I've been wondering what / how you're doing, can't believe it took so long for me to find this. Thank you for making your products, and sharing a book suggestion. ;) Looking forward to updates. Bless you Elliot! Godspeed.🪽
Where did you do your test, please ? Im in the UK, so it would be great to have an in deoth test done ....Thanks
What are the most common side effects of detoxification of heavy metals?
My lead level is was 68.8 the end of 2024. None of my practitioners have ever seen such high levels. Chelating with DMSA. Tier 5 drug so I pay $289 out of pocket. 😮
zeolite and activated charcoal can bind these also fasting
Taking together?
No. One or the other. @@end_times_message1
EDTA recommended for lead but not effective for mercury
Does anyone know how to remove antimony from the body? I have been using zeolite, cilantro, chlorella and silica. These remove other metals except antimony. Please🙏
Where do you think your lead is coming from? Old lead piping in the UK? Depending on how long youve been exposed, maybe, hopefully, not a lot has been stored up in your bones. I work for a heavy metal detox company so super curious how your protocol shakes out.
Lead used to be in many things Petrol, Paints, Globally for over 70 years, and in some countries still is, its everywhere and sadly aways will be
What agent was used to mobilize the heavy metals for detection?
He said in chat he used DMSA. Dose = Around 30mg per KG
@@OGAesthetics For the initial testing? I'm wondering, because my GP ordered me a heavy metals test, but I didn't have a mobilizing agent beforehand.
I am interested to know how this went for you. Did you get re-tested, and if so what where the results?
best binder in my opinion is Diatomaceous Earth (food grade). it helped me a lot.
How did you use it? Thx!

This is interesting, and is it possible to find your formulations on Amazon? Would be great as I live in Asia.
ThiaMax is on Amazon. Not sure about the others.
@@ji.ol.1490 thank you for informing
One pointer towards this is shiny teeth ,🦷! As teeth without lead don’t usually shine! I almost wonder if lead isn’t way more common than most would expect.
The only thing thats missing here: How long are you waiting between the Niacin / the workout / going into the Sauna? As its a modified protocol would be great to know when Lipolysis is at is max :) Thank you
Hi . Is it true that higher doses of Thiamine can be harmful to the kidneys ?
You need to be so careful w chelation. The only protocol I trust is the Andy Cutler Protocol. The damage to organs and the glands can be monstrous
Yeah I heard some people have over done it before and somehow removed enough calcium to stop their heart.
It's been 6 months, please make an update video!
Do you have any information specific to platinum toxicity? It seems people most commonly get this from cancer drugs but I've had no exposure to that. Is there a platinum-specific treatment you'd recommend? Very few articles on this but I read that platinum is so toxic that you have to be careful, especially if you're a poor methylate r like me. Is there a less-intense version of your protocol for someone who's ok with going low and slow? Again, there is so little information on this available that any help would be appreciated!
.... I've read platinum could be useful to prevent cancer
@@wendyg8536Not at these levels...
Can anyone confirm if the lead in cocoa could contribute to lead overload? I wonder what other foods it's present in. What test did you use? I love my Bon Charge sauna blanket. Thanks for this, Elliot!
I found this to be the case. There is an article on the web about an analysis of eighty five dark chocolate bars. They were tested for both lead and cadmium. Only four or five out of the eighty five had acceptable levels of lead and cadmium.
@@alanparsonsfan wow, that's not good!!! Thank you for replying,
@@jillturner8680 What I learned in the article was that the cadmium in many dark chocolate bars comes from the soil--it's only the older cacao plants that do that, so some farms are ripping out their older plants and only using young ones. The lead comes from mid level processing of the beans.
Some plants pull heavy metals from the soil. Cannabis is another plant that cleans the soil. Not too good if you consume these plants though
I have chronic lead toxicity with metaphyseal lines in X-Ray and with Burton's line present. I have a host of autoimmune problems too like MCAS. I have been following the Andy Cutler protocol from his Mercury Detoxification Manual (has a dedicated lead chapter too - using DMSA) for about 4 months now and I have never felt better! It apparently takes 1-5 years and I am really hopeful because I have made so much progress ina couple of months.
Did you have any cognition issues like poor verbal fluency, poor memory (finding words), speaking, feeling spaced out etc?
what benefits have you seen the last months? and what protocol did you follow? please share :)
Clay is also very good fo heavy metals, and horse tail tea.
Tried this. Clay said he knows nothing about this subject and he has now banned me from going near his horse.
what would be the best chelator to take that would bind to toxins unleashed from the gut and help make sure they will leave the body when treating bad gut bacteria? primarily mercury but others as well. I hear chlorella is a bad binder. should I use activated charcoal and modified citrus pectin? anyone has input on this? just keeping toxins from reabsorbing i the gut and not a total body cleanse at this point.
Six months later, did you ever do a heavy metal cleanse? I'm going to try Modified Citrus Pectin combined with Liquid Chlorophyll. I think I have heavy metal toxicity from ingesting tons of kratom powder each day.
@@vvvios no. I find these protocols too dubious and scary. I never find anything that sounds reliable. I'm now jut taking motility agents and thinking about adding MSM and some charcoal if I feel I'm detoxing. above a certain dose it's supposed to clean the gut and liver sort of.
What EDTA do you like test?
please update us when you retest! i want to detox my heavy metals but I am concerned i will also deplete my minerals
