I think that gold version of this phone is the most beautiful phone ever made. I recently saw someone using it on subway without a cover and even though it's anciently old, I was blown away by how good it looked, it was a total head-turner! Even new Samsung phones don't look that good anymore.
Agreed! I used to have it years ago and never put a case on it. What a beauty it was and it was so ergonomic! And that 16MP camera was great, still have concert recordings from it and they're great quality considering the age. I then had the Note8,9 and now S20 Ultra and none of them come close to that design.
Yeah the last good looking Samsung was the s10 plus. All newer models are just plain ugly
I recently switched from an iPhone to the s6 edge plus and I love it. The s6 edge plus is very fast, hast great battery life, a great screen, takes amazing photos, and has a plethora of optional customization and much much more. I think I'm going to be with android for a long long time.
+David Lemonheead Android has always been better than Apple, people with iPhones just don't realize it. I'm glad you like it though. You'll find that Google gives you way more freedom with your phone.

Every time i put this phone in the table every person look at it.Its a top of the food chain smartphone its Godamn gorgeous phone.
I'm using the S21 Ultra, but still use my S6+ today in 2022. It's half the weight and still pumps great photos. Best phone they made.
I have iPhone X and S8+ and i had S6 edge gold which i still have. And i bought a black sapphire S6 edge recently as my third phone. Guys s6 edge+ and s6 edge are most beautiful phones ever

Anthony Johnson I see your point and I agree, it doesn't hinder the usage and fucntion of the phone. It's just a thing that bothers some people like me because you have to wipe it so it doesn't look ugly. You won't see all those fingerprints when you have a white one compared to black.

I loveree this phone, this phone is still a flagship for Samsung. they don't have another 5.7 inch flagship for the s7. I'm very happy with my S6 Edge Plus! Everyone looks at it and always say it's gorgeous.
Watching this on my iphone 13 Pro Max now ,but love this best android phone i used it and on that time this phone was too good.
I went from a iPhone 5 to a S6 edge+ (gold platinum) and could not be happier. This phone feels so freaking premium. The only negative I have to say about it is that the battery life isn't as good and the fingerprint sensor works well but not great.
I'm looking to switch to Android after having used an iPhone 6 for about a year. I thought this looked a little big, but I'm considering getting a S6 Edge+ anyways, for the extra RAM and improved battery.

I tried it several times at the store but the curves makes the screen definitely seems distorted to me. Also it's really beautiful without case but case is a must have for this phone as it's very easy to slip from user's hands.

When you plug in to charge with the fast charger, it'll let you know what it's done charging when you hear a high pitch sound.. or maybe that sound is letting you know it's about to explode... :/

I dropped my Note 4 to get the s6 edge and I love it but now that the s6+ is out I could get the best of both worlds. Size and unique style. I had a chance to use it in the store and I can't wait till I could get one of my own. (which will be soon) :)

S6 Edge Plus had plenty of punch from the main speaker (little crackling) with some tybe of music and when you activate speaker when making a call
i replaced my phone with a new one
but the new make the same
its normal !!?

hey guys i have been using the edge plus for 2 weeks now, i can say that there are many negative features.. The most annoying thing for me is the speakers being at the bottom of the phone, i almost all the time keep my fingers there therefor blocking the sound.. it gets so annoying. The volume buttons are way too high up the phone i can hardly use them with one hand.. Another problem is that when im texting or writing something the palm of my hand touches the screen at random places and i am interrupted . I DONT like the selfies on this phone is just doesnt look cool to me. On the plus side the screen is amazing, you can put the brightness so low which is important for me. the camera is awesome and thats about it. so if you are going to buy this phone have a think about all these things i have said. if you have any questions then just ask.

it's not worth changing from the s6 edge to the plus. maybe it's just me but I think my screen is big enough, and the missing IR blaster kinda kills it.
is the audio really good tho?

Why did they remove the ir blaster? I use mine on the original s6 edge regularly
The S6 edge plus is one of my favorite designs by Samsung even in 2019. It was smooth, fast, and I loved the camera.
I had the S9 plus and just wasn't that impressed.
@@Bungle2010 S7 edge is a good phone but the S6 edge plus was awesome. I think its the exynos processor. Also the 16MP camera had alot of detail.

I drained the battery of my s6 edge+ to 0% and it turned of then i plugged it into the wall charger (i have to mention that I don't have the original charger but a 2 amp one instead), and it's started to charge i left it around 20 mins charging and still at 0% i tried to turn it on and suddenly it turned of nothing were working even though it was plugged in the led also turned off after that i left it on the charger all the night and in the morning was in the same situation nothing changed.
If you know what should i do please help me and give me some info
I also have to mention that i bought it from someone on the internet and i used it for 8 days it was working perfectly nothing wrong with the battery
You dont need to press the homekey for it to read your print, not on the note 5 at least
