    4 weeks ago I failed this challenge, which felt like a slap on my face. I put this challenge as the first exercise of my push day workouts. I just finished and managed to win. Thank you very much for this amazing challenge. I definitely consider buying your program. Could you do a pull-up challenge as well?

    I did it, I needed the full 2 minutes rest and the last 5 push-ups were really hard. I am from Belgium, 61 year old and your vids really motivate me thx for that.

    I finished. That was bloody hard the last several of the last two round. 59 years. Agree these are way tougher than ripping off tons of fast reps. M starting your into course and your L sit course. Thanks.

    I’m fit! I did all 3 sets with ease my usual 40 seconds rest time. Great test.

    This is a great challenge. I love your videos and plan to continue to get in the best shape of my life. I am 71 years young and completed all 3 sets with perfect form and two m minute rest. Great channel

    Just tried this push up challenge for the first time. Result: 15-15-12 reps. It is SO MUCH HARDER than 3 times 20 reps. I am definitely going make this part of my push workout routine 🙂

    I began in 6 - jan - 2023, with series of 3 reps, today 6 - Mar - 2023 I finally beat It, the next goal is 10 inverted rows, I have already 6, thank you so much for Your videos

    I’ve seen a few of your videos. Perfect explanations. Terrific touch adding a built-in timer. But the opening sequence to this video will not be soon forgotten.😆 You should continue that comedy aspect when it allows. Good job.👍

    Thank you for this! I’m almost 50 and trying to lose 40 lbs and get back into shape. I’m running 4 miles now and i was doing 3 sets of 10 push ups…but not this strict. I just did the challenge and made it through 1 1/2 sets. I’ll do it every other day until i can complete it.

    Im 66 and managed first 15, managed 14 and last one on my knees 2nd round and managed 10 with last 5 from my knees… guess it’s not bad

    Wow it makes a huge difference with the pause at the bottom. Im able to do 30 push ups with full range of motion but never stopped at the bottom. Following your rhythm, i finished the 15 reps struggling a lot to get up in the 15. I will work more for sure in this to get my pushing strengh even better

    did all 3 sets with 15 reps. pushups are harder done this way and i feel the muscle involvement afterwards. i was a powerlifter decades ago, and proper form is part of that discipline as well.

    Man, I thought I would have a breeze, but the last three reps of the third set were really close to failure. I will surely challenge myself with this tempo for other exercises too!

    i’ve been working out for 12 years, i lift heavy a lot and my strongest exercise is dumbbell bench, dumbbell incline bench. i can get 100s for sets of 8-10. that being said, this workout was so hard lol like wth. i finished it and was successful first try but i mean it took so much out of me, i love it!

    Finished it with 1 minute rest between sets and shoulder injury :) ( I do not recommend doing this). Nice strength test and everybody should try it. I am pretty sure I can do all 3 sets in one go when I recover.

      @@Marcus_Aurelius. pretty bad actually, i did not have time to go and visit hospital because i was bussy with university and stuff, it does not hurt all the time, but movement and strength are pretty limited, i think i messed up something badly inside there :). How is your shoulder after surgery?

    I did it ! However , it was challenging , when I saw the title I thought to myself it's just 15 push ups it's going to be easy but after I tried I realized that I was wrong, I think a lot a people including me need to sacrifice volume and quantity to work on form and quality.

    It’s the same pace as the Royal Marine push- up test with the beeps, except you have to do 60 in a row!💪🏼

      that's nonstop. pausing for one second at top and bottom makes a big difference

    easy try my rountine;
    no breaks
    2 minute left leg squat
    2 minute right leg squat
    2 minute elbow bridge
    2 minute of push up

    I prefer to do 10 reps. I get in pushup position and lower to the bottom position and slowly count to 10 then pushup to the start. That's 1 rep. I do 10 of those, most times😂. Killers. Really good channel, thanks.

    I just tell this is a hard challenge, not only "proper" pushups but that second wait at the top and bottom and the 3 sets makes it even more challenging especially at 110 kg's. Only got to 2 sets so have to keep practicing.

    I thought I heard 50 push ups with 2 min rest and do 3 sets. 15 reps is easy, 50 reps I can't do for 3 sets. I'm 63 and can do 300 push ups in less than a hour. Max I can do at 1 time is 45.

    i did 15*3 but the 5 last one of the third set were hard so what kind of variation should a i do now ? ^^'

    Hello I did the 3 sets but I must admit the second set last 4reps was a struggle and on the 3 set it was a struggle but just about finished it ,it's really good doing the workout with you so thank you

    I started doing this every day to really work on form instead of just hitting reps. I try to vary the hand position each day. I don't always get to 45 total reps each day.
    Have you done a similar pace test for legs? This pushup pace would be a bit too fast for a quality bodyweight squat.

    I prefer during my workout to start out the first sets at 30 or 25 than after 4 sets drop to 20 reps and do them untill I'm at 15 to finish up my work out of 2 to 300 push ups. I find 250 is a good number. Less than 150 I get no tricep growth.2 to 250 gives good tricep growth.

    I usually use 'Sally pushup challenge' to see where I'm at, so i didn't find this hard but it's a nice test. I love the honesty of your videos... so many people sell 'cheats' to get likes but you can't beat good honest form as a true test of strength.
