Respectfully, I disagree with you. From the design to the personality and story, AC Odyssey brings a generic and forgettable depiction of Hades, Poseidon, Persephone and Hermes.
It's one of the games I enjoy the most in the Assassin's Creed series I've played. It was time for Assassin's Creed to move on to fantasy elements. Frankly, I don't understand the negative comments. Ubisoft has made a magnificent game with magnificent boss battles, 4 rich maps with immersive, fantastic and realistic elements, and plenty of views of the sea, the sun and the moon. Also, the RPG elements and dialogue choices are amazing. I wish every Assassin's Creed game was like this from now on. As Alexios said, Malaka! ⚔
Only I sat down and realised how fucking powerful Alexios is? He defeated fucking Hades in a fight and many people underestimate him. At this point, he can easly defeat Ezio Auditore in a melee fight Ps: if anyone replies, please do not use those annoying Kratos memes

Hades looks like a dollar store version of Loki. The absolutely laziness that went into this game is astonishing. At least in Origins they had a little bit of passion. Glad to see they’re finally returning the franchise to its roots with the new line up of games. The past three games however weren’t Assassin’s Creed games, they were just cheap rip offs of God of War.
Lol if you knew better then youd know that Greek mythology and Norse mythology are two different things entirely and Loki could be considered as the Norse version of the god of the underworld

You physically cannot seeing that you are forced to fight the Sphinks, a cyclops, medusa, and the Minotuar for the quest line for your true father.
This game is very good, but İ would really appreciated it without magic, fantasy and gods. İt is not God of War, after all.
