It really shows how much the market for collected editions has changed, as the original printing of this was around for a while and even got liquidated a few times by Marvel and Diamond. I am glad it is being reprinted for those who need it!

Read a lot of this material digitally six or so years ago when I was going through it the first time, thankfully for the reprints now I can physically own the material without paying a arm and a leg
I'm glad volumes 2 & 3 were finally reprinted, but it's annoying how Marvel didn't combine them into one omnibus. It's not like they are volume-numbered omnis; they could've gotten away with it.
Been picking these up, thought I think they should have been re-mapped into fewer volumes and include Civil War 1-7, Civil War: The Confession, and Fallen Son. None of it's by Brubaker, but it would round out the story.
I pre-ordered the standard edition from BookDepository. Really looking forward to it! I really pray that Trial of Captain America and Return of the Winter Soldier omnibuses also get reprinted !

I can't believe it's finally coming out! I preordered this one with the Ross cover from CGN back in June, so I'm hoping to get it some time next week. My Brubaker Cap Omni collection will finally be complete!

I ordered the Alex Ross edition months ago as the dm edition cover wasn't available. Going to be reading this as I stopped on this run when they killed ca off.
Marvels been doing this weird thing recently where the actual hardcovers are a bit off centre from where the dust jacket is. In this case Sharon Carter is pretty much cut out of the hardcover.
I will buy these omnibus for sure Omar!. I have the first two, so i will buy this one too. Only i live in the Netherlands Europe , so it will be here in September if i am lucky 😅

Have the OG tpb but never bought the cap reborn tpb so really pumped to be able to collect this all in Oversized format and read it for the first time PS got the DM was a hard decision as Ross cover is beautiful
I wanted to have the whole collection, but importing all the books over to my country is expensive, and being a skinny book, the cost seems too high for me to pay for a book like this instead of getting real OMNIBUSes (thick ones). Any way, I will have to wait on this one since the prices is not worth the skinniest. Thanks for showcasing the book thou.
I was so hyped for the first omnibus, especially after reading and loving Brubaker's Velvet. Was hoping for a strong espionage story featuring Cap, but it was so boring and over-the-top that I'm not collecting any of the other reprints. Glad for those who have been waiting to add this to their collection, but this isn't for me.
Hey omar I know this is offtopic but do you know why are the last 6 issues of x-statix (the avengers vs x-statix arc) not included in the second volume of the complete collection when it is the final book?
I'm normally a variant ho with my omnibus but I do love that Ross cover. Also wish they would have done a death and lives in one book, this is just a gross cash grab.

As much as I love when marvel puts both covers under the dust jacket, that Quesada variant for Reborn would be beautiful as a wraparound!

The series is a classic but Marvel should have remapped these. Entire set should have been 3 properly sized omnis.

Why are these omnis so thin? Is there a good reason they broke up the run into 5 books or were they just trying to milk it?
