If considering 60V then go to 72V with motor kit but by the time you do that you can buy the Kugoo wish 01

I was checking these out for my son, who said he was interested in getting into dirtbikes. I figured these would be good practice for basic handling and whatnot. The mototec looks slightly more "high end" but the reviews on Amazon are pretty bad. Are there any other comparable options at this price point?

The mototec is pretty well built and surprised the reviews were not better. There customer support is not great compared to Razor as far as replacement parts. Not many options for bikes under $1000. Razors are on sale now for 40% off is good bike to tool around and when you get bored build up to be faster. amzn.to/3P4JD4E
