Wow. You guys have a lot of potential. But my plan right now is to buy the B1 and your 72v Battrey and I was wondering if the Kelly KVD7212NX Controller Kit from electro and co would be able to give me the full potential with the bike because that kit has everything that I need to complete the bike once I get the chassis and Battrey from you guys.
Looks like the pegs could be pulled back an inch or two if adult rider is the goal. They're forward on most pitbikes to accomodate kids, kickers, and shifters. Any warranty on the frame? These things are a lot lighter than a stock 110 but some 110s can crack from normal MX use. From the bit i rode the Electro mototec i was suspicious what would happen if someone bigger or less smooth rode it.
It can definitely run 48V. Our standard battery will be 72V. We have bid this to several battery builders to make our batteries and frankly haven’t landed it yet. Regardless, our buying power and required build quality will be passed to customers just like the B1 itself. Whatever we land on, info will be available on website www.bombmoto.com. Thanks!

We are finalizing the B1 battery and will have it available at opening by the end of July. Our battery will be a culmination of a lot of testing and frankly value proposition so bid from our potential suppliers are in review now. More to come. Our testing group has been able to fit everything from 48v smaller ah to 30ah+ with big amps. Follow FB group for Bomb Moto and see what enthusiasts do there. Pretty wild already.

I went ahead on launch day and just ordered a B1. I’m planning on doing a ETM 5000 swap to Bombmoto B1. The only thing I’m cautious about and researching is a suitable controller.

Far Driver and some form of Vesc (ie Flipsky) seem to be the most popular today (8/23). Honestly the best spot to get it from experts on this chassis is the Bomb Moto FB group (not run by us). Stuff they are covering there has been really good.

Everything from ready made kits from places like Lone Star and Midwest Mini Mods to individual components. Riders choice, which is the whole idea. BombMoto Facebook community covers a lot of the tends here (run by the community). 💣
This was discussed by an owner on Bomb Moto FB group. Good stuff on that group (not run by BombMoto) B1 is larger - height, bars, seating, wheelbase, motor and supports larger battery and stronger controllers.
So is this using the old Mototec frame? I have a buddies who I’ve tried and it’s not the most comfortable riding position with where the pegs and bars are. Especially for jumping and being centered on the bike. How does this compare?
This video did a poor job of comparison. They are completely different bikes with some of the same components manufacturers. Sorry - we had to get something out at the time. We we can do a better video, we will. It’s slightly bigger in every dimension and seating is slightly better as well. We are done (and will continue to do) several enhancements to the bike, packaging etc when it helps the customer without driving some crazy price. Hope this helps. Sales@bombmoto.com

Most have gone far driver but definitely a trend and growing interest in VESC options. See our resource section of website some providers and options for controllers and kits.
As both a dealer and parts supplier for Mototec, we definitely source from many of the same suppliers however this is not using the same parts. This video didn’t do a great job expressing that. Will likely do a better one. Thanks
@@jeffreymedina304 Hey Jeff - we and a few others actually designed this bike too. We have since adapted it (see some recent enhancement listed on website). But you are right, the original design is available as a full bike in mostly intl markets, no worries.

Several kit and component groups. Some plug and play options that are most popular seem to be from Lonestar or Midwest Mini Mods.

@@2upmike Users have said no. KVD is the wrong wave for many motors. KLS works, or FarDriver, VESC type controllers etc.

Would the motor sprocket for this larger chain fit on the Mototec?
No. Sprockets are specific to chains. Mototec is a smaller chain.

Great Video! I really like the B1 I have a 2022 ETM 5000 but the seat is getting to me on long rides. Do you know exactly how much wider it is?

Mototec and B1 are both made by Hangzhou Hiperfect in China. He doesn't need to admit anything. What are you trying to prove?
