Very misleading video. You state the solar option allows for continuous operation throughout the night however what you're not specifying is that it's only if you use the pump on timer mode which only operates the pump 10 minutes every hour. It will not pump continuously throughout the night. Also you should state in your videos and your website that the battery backup requires it to be fully charged before the pump will begin pumping. So with your solar pump packages with battery backups the pump will not work for the first 4 hours of direct sun on the solar panel in the morning, yet will pump water for a few hours after sunset when often water circulation is not needed. These are things you don't find out until you purchase your products and read the included paperwork. Very misleading way to conduct business.
Heck my system was dead on arrival, I was told it needed to be charged for 1-2 days and after I did that ( 3 days of charging ) it didn't work at all. Battery backup doesn't even turn on, on off button faulty so I'm waiting for a replacement. So far a bad experience with this product.😖

Yes broken down indeed, as in faulty on delivery and with no customer service or tech support they will give you the run around to avoid actually helping you.
How about fixing your website so that when you click on a topic under Product FAQS it takes you to a web page. I've been on your site twice in a week; chatted on line with techs to no avail. Hope your pumps work better than your website.
