    Ingredients :
    Process 1 : Washing & Soaking
    1/2 kg or 500 gm Urad Sabut Dal
    100 gm Rajma
    30 to 40 gm Chana Dal
    2 table spoon vinegar
    2 table spoon salt
    Process 2 : Boiling
    Salt to taste
    1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
    2 Tejpatta
    1 Moti Elaichi (Black Cardamom)
    Process 3 : Tadka
    1. Oil 2 tablespoon
    2. Ginger Garlic paste 2 tablespoon
    3. Salt according to taste
    4. Tomato puree 250 ml
    5. 2 tablespoon Dhania-Jeera powder
    6. 1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
    7. 150 gm butter
    8. Kasuri methi 1 tea spoon
    9. Garlic 2 table spoon
    10. Cream 2 table spoon

      Aapne jab use karni hai ek din pehle fridge mein transfer kar le, soft ho jayegi. Agar aapne zyada quantity nahi banani hai toh 2-3 din commercial fridge mein hi chal jati hai.

      Iske reasons bahut saare ho sakte hain.... Cold milk ek dam se dalte hain hot dal mein to fatne ka darr hota hai, low fat milk bhi fat sakta hai agar aapne fresh tomatoes daalen hain aur puri tarah see cooked na ho tabhi fat sakta hai, jab bhi milk daalen, gas ko low kar len aur lagatar karchi chalate jayen thori der..... Agar tadka puri tarah se cooked ho to chances nahin hote fatne ke.....

      Jo maine container dikhaya hai black vala wo wala 8 se 10 logon ko serve hota hai, ab isse bhi zada dal mere paas pari thi, matlab 20 to 25 people ke liye ho jaati hai aur waise bhi yeh dal heavy hoti hai, kam consume hoti hai.

      Yeh Kashmiri Lal mirch hoti hai bilkul bhi spicy nahi hoti, yeh colour ke liye dali jati hai, kyonki artificial colour health ke liye acche nahi hote.

    Mam freezer mein store jab karte hain to har cheez patthar ki tarah freeze ho jaati hai... to jab order aaye to usko bnane mein dikkat hoti hai... portion alag karne mein... Uska bhi solution bta dijiye please

      Per day portionwise divide kar ke rakh len, ek din pehle nikaal ke fridge mein rakh len, consistency thik kar len , lekin garam karte time garam pani hi daalen. Meri apni sale ke hisaab se fix hai, ki 2 kg daal banati hoon jo ki 4 kg ho jaati hai approx usko 2 to 3 days fridge mein hi rakh leti hoon, freezer mein rakhne ke zarurat nahin parti.

      3 Part (75%) sabut dhania and 1 part (25%) sabut jeera. Not exactly roasting, but heat them slightly and separately to extract moisture only, then cool it before grinding. Watch my Garam Masala video releasing today evening for heating tips.
