There is a simple way to tell if your eggs are still good put them in a bowl with fill it with water if they float they are bad if they stay on the bottom, they are still good. I have an eggs for almost a month after the date on the carton.

I do chicken breast instead of thighs with the potatoes and greenbeans and I do garlic,and parsley seasoning only.1 stick of melted butter over potatoes Bake 375 for an hr. Easy peasy

Just a little over $100 for a family of four for one weeks worth of groceries is really good! Gotta love Aldi. It's my favorite grocery store. There was a tic toc recipe that had Boursin cheese and cherry tomatoes in it. I can't remember if you had shared it a while back or someone else I follow. I made it now that's all my family ever asks for...lol.

Love it! I usually use chicken breasts for recipes too but I will say the thighs with this were really good, falling apart almost.
