One of My favorite combo is Lumanda with local impwa or eggplants. Here you add the lumanda at the end, cover for 3 minutes and you’re done 😍

The method of not mixing the groundnut but just spreading them when u add to the top I love it too
Was also taught by my mother for the same reason
