- For our final episode in part one of the Authentic Zambian Food series, Mama Garlic and I cooked up some yummy kalembula (sweet potato leaves). We thought it would be the perfect dish to tie up the series as it goes with almost any protein (like the ones we made earlier in the series 😉) and it’s sooo easy to make.
