    I love this receipe..will definitely try it. One thing have learnt is that..it's not always that you add actual tomatoes but tomatoe paste as well. The concoction itself is amazing. I can also add our local Lusaka beans..to replace the canned beans.🙂

    Cumin is a plant from the parsley family . I think it’s Mediterranean but is also used in a lot of Chinese ,Indian or Mexican foods 😊

    I get that Mosi are sponsoring this but it would have been absolutely amazing to zoom in on the food while the conversation was going on, just my observation. Otherwise loving this whole video. Makes me miss home.

    Oxtail looks like fibombo , is it the same family ?

      It’s one family if it’s from a cow,but for taste and meat not the same, oxtail is the tail of the cow, vimbombo are cows cuffs.
