Just to be clear an active person needs to eat their body weight times 0,8-1 of protein to build muscle and be healthy. For someone who weighs 70 kg they would need to eat 56-70 grams of protein to build muscle, not to survive, so claiming that they would need to eat 120 grams to simply stay alive is ludicrous.
