Chainsaw man, in my opinion, was really a very great anime, and I know that what will come next will be even better.
The anime was amazing in all respects, the story, the characters, the music, the directing, the drawing and the animation.
Therefore, I think that the first season of Chainsaw Man deserves a 9/10 rating.

I think Denji also have another reason he did use his power. That would not make sense to kill a fiend with his Devil power. Like he's armed and the fiend is weak.

Anyone with a chainsaw knows a simple rock will dull or break the chain. They're known to be gas hungry, most efficient can run bout an hour at best blazing a trail. Not to mention oiling the chain and sharpening regularly by hand. Chainsaw man is a paper tiger!

Season is gonna be crazy. For people who were disappointed in s1, just wait till s2. That's when it becomes peak.
S1 is already peak anime. The only reason some fans were disappointed was because all the excessive hype around the series has set their expectations too high.

Now we need "How to beat Makima", I mean Denji was able to beat Makima, but at the cost of all of his friends, and he too regretted that, even though his method of killing Makima was one of genius and good planning. He too regretted not being able to have save Power and Aki, and he thought of himself as having had been an "ignorant fool", who did not realize that he was being controlled the whole time, and was just there to suffer. We need some thing along the lines of "How to beat Makima early, without insight of her chracter", as if we were in Denji's situation, because even Kishibe, one of the strongest devil hunters if not the strongest, was only able to come up with "Sacrificing a shit-ton of lives in order to summon the hell devil to delete Makima", thouhg Denji's method was a bit more effective, as it got rid of her permentantyl, while she could always escape hell. But Denji's plan was also one full of many risks, though his plan of suprise-attacking Makima was very intelligent, and not something many would have expected from the niave, childish Denji who is not well known for being a mastermind, especially when against the hyper-intelligent manipulator known as Makima, who is also one of the greatest anime manipulators of all time. This is why it was such a victory, when Denji outsmarted her, as she thouoght of Denji as a fool who was easy to control adn manipulate, which Denji seemed to have used for his advantage when finally killing her. But it would interesting to see a way if we could have figured out Makima, and killed her, without the loss of life Denji had to witness, as one of his main thoughts was "What if I was smarter, and had done something differently. Then my friends would not have had to die, and I could have beat Makima without the sacrifices". I mean Tatsuki Fujimoto is well known for hiding hints of the later plot inside of his stories (unlike Araki, who forgor 💀) so there might have been hints clueing in on to Makima's true identitty, and just like how Denji found out her weekness from her small habits shown during her conversations with him, we may be able to find small clues to find out her weekness and identity early, and find out a method of killing her as well.

in "chainsaw man" you better be fortunate enough to be a OP devil that possesses a human (turning into a fiend) and then Joins Public safety, be lucky to become a hybrid at some point in your life and then also join public safety or just be a human that's built different and then you join Public Safety. if you don't you will be killed by either a devil or devil hunter (with the last one you don't actually have to join Public Safety but as some one who has experienced things I would recommend it because it give you things to do and gets enough money for food)
I mean, you can still be a devil, considering angel is a devil that is just humanoid

Tower of God and Chainsaw Man really give good examples on what a simp can be. I try to cut this guy some slack, though, as much as she wants to use him, she gives him what he needs, a purpose, and what he wants, not to live in poverty, while also teaching him why sexuality is empty without a relationship. I she a sociopath, maybe, in which case I would say she is functional. She could probably also be relatively normal, just is willing to make sacrifices for the greater good.
So, while I think the relationship in this anime is better than Tower of God, because Makime is at least making Denji happy and comfortable rather than solely using him as a sacrifice. Did Denji have much of a choice, no, but Makima could have chained up or something in a kennel and only let him out of his cage when there was a battle. The fact he is practically under house arrest is not her fault, she has to be diplomatic with her higher ups.
Meanwhile, the gun demon might not exist if everyone got used to firearms and shot a few magazines at a range to desensitize them.

Bro I read the Manga and watched the anime he doesn't lose control when he transforms also he would never be able to beat or escape maxima with out power or would be be able to escape the yakuza if you read the Manga you would know that there would be no way for Denji win with things from the Manga especially the gun devil because the gun devil can wipe out city's, county's, and much more so this is so bad to say how to beat because it's not possible unless we talking about things from the manga.

when you said for Denji to take a bite out of power it wouldn't work because power is the blood devil and in the Manga whe Denji used powers blood a a chainsaw it stopped maxima from healing/regenerating so that why you should do some research before making how to beat on certain animes not trying to hate or nun.
