Meh.. happens all the time actually.. not a big deal.. those old knobs on the Boeingd are held on by a set screw that backs itself out overtime. We use these planes 24 hours a day..

I'm 62, and when growing up, I remember when women could not serve in combat or fly fighter jets. Then they were slowly allowed to do these things. Because of being allowed to fly combat jets, women could become civilian jet pilots just as quickly and thus in the same volume as men.
Ladies were flying fighters and bombers way before you were born. Spitfires, Hurricanes, Lancasters, to name just three, were manufactured and delivered by some amazing ladies. Great to see these youngsters following in their footsteps.

The first officer didn't even flinch when that switch cover fell off the overhead panel. The captain did notice it but didn't say a word about it. Now that's discipline, congrats ladies, a well done job.
