- We are incredibly proud to announce that Muhammad Hasnain is the latest international star to visit SpeedCamp for specialist fast bowling coaching.
Hasnain took to social media to share the following feedback:
“It was an absolute pleasure working with Shahbaz Choudhry at Speed Camp last week. He is a specialist fast bowling coach and I’m very grateful that he took the time out to use his vast experience to guide me further on technique and skill”
As currently one of the fastest bowlers in the world, we are extremely proud and excited by this link up and we aim to support Hasnain to the best of our ability in his development moving forward.

Hello sir I recently got a shoulder injury and after rehab when I started bowling, I started chucking please help sir
whatt a bowler.........
i bowl at 125km right now and i ll be 20 in jan .. so can i increase my pace upto 145+ by hardwork ofc? but i never trained on my biomechanics and the pace im bowling at right now is almost natural.. i just bowl only no drills.. or else

Did you guys help him correct his chucking action?
His action was cleared by the ICC prior to him visiting us. During our sessions, his arm has been completely straight.

2ndly when he will resume professional cricket again.
He's been able to get up to 145kph off a short run (indoors). It's still early doors in regards to his rehab - he needs to progressively increase the intensity from the full run up outdoors now.

Just a small adjustment to his left landing foot - the toes should be angled towards the leg stumps or, at the very least, the middle stumps. Currently, his foot is landing on the off stump. This isn’t ideal for a fast bowler and could lead to injuries. Moreover, it aids in generating more pace when the foot drags from the leg stump direction to the off stump. Please consider this advice if you find it suitable.
P.S. I have experience as a fast bowler with a round-arm side-on action and a prime record of reaching 150Ks. Though, My ideal was Legendary fast bowler Jeff Thomson.

@@asrar912 paused the video at both 1:00 and 1:05 and his arm is completely straight. He has a very late turnover of his wrist which snaps at the very last second. I can only assume that you are mistaking this movement as a 'bend' of the arm. Rest assured, his arm is straight.
So you are a better expert than those coaches around him, get your eyesight checked out

Haris Rauf didn’t have match fitness to play 50 over cricket. His line and length was completely wayward and didn’t even have the fitness to bowl 4+ overs. Speed is an asset that will never fade away.

The action issue has been resolved at a price of his pace. He is no longer 150 kph bowler.
Clocked 144 in speedlab. From a short run. Can clock 160 if he bowls with his full potential .
