      @@WoDaLoT just out of shape this year. 9th year and had some nagging shoulder injuries last couple months. Just got to point couldn’t catch my breath and got dizzy. Heart not in it this year. 150 rx 🤷🏼‍♂️ can hardly lift my right arm today

      I can relate to being out of shape due to injuries. Hopefully you recover from this workout and your injuries fast.
