In Sweden we have the 51%-rule, all clubs must by law be atleast 51% fan owned so that the fans always have the final say. Most clubs are still 100% fan owned though.
I think Germany has an ideal model where you get the best of both worlds - fan (majority) ownership along with all the benefits that come with being a (partly) private entity
As have many other clubs, in these trying times, La Masia, smart scouting and yes great coaching is the only solution. We have make stars and keep ourselves commercially relevant in the market. Players like pedri, ansu, etc. are a step in the right direction and the free agent market is another one. Inspite all that the team does need a leader who can take the ship through the storm for the next 2-3 years.

Barca had a golden generation. They need to plbe patient and slowly build another. No need to always try to be at the top of europe you have to temper your expectations.
I think that's what all Barcelona fans are slowly starting to realize now. Over the last few years we've been a shadow of our former selves. Were not the club under Pep Guardiola anymore, and we have to accept that and move forward. Xavi came in, and we need to be patient and let him build his project. I truly believe the good days will we back, but it won't happen overnight.

So a little over a million € is going to be cut and likely spent on new arrivals. So their situation is more than solid.
