  • Hey all! In this video, I am unboxing, using, and reviewing our new Atlas 80v Polesaw. This purchase was needed to take out the low hanging limbs that might obstruct the path for the gravel dump truck bringing the river rocks for our drainage project. Hope you like it! Thanks for watching! Like, share and subscribe.

Nice video! I just bought this same saw a couple of days ago. It worked great for me. The 15ft claim I realized is that it assumes that you are 6ft tall and added to the 9ft tool length it gives you 15ft of reach off of the ground. I had to use a ladder to reach a lot of the limbs I need to cut. My only complaint is that the white plastic bar chain oil reservoir level indicator is useless. I can’t see anything through it. They should have made it clear. Other than that, it’s an awesome pole saw. The angled bar is a must!

      Thanks!
I'm realizing some of things too. I've heard about the reservoir leaking oil. Not sure if that's true yet, but the other day I realized the reservoir was empty. So either it leaked in my truck bed or it uses a good amount of oil. So keep an eye on it for sure. I've also ran into a couple times where it didn't seem to cut to well at a reach.
So the verdict is still out on it but it has been very useful for a couple of tasks I've been putting off due to lack of this type of tool.

First I must say I like the opening, I was feeling it! Good music good pics.
Second I’m thinking the purchase was a solution looking for a problem. What I mean is those big trucks wouldn’t even notice those tiny branches, but hey you got a cool saw now.👍
Have fun stay safe on your projects.

Thanks Lou. I've worked in construction all of my adult life and I've seen some of those companies really take care of their trucks. I just want to make sure that I can use them again and again.

You can reach quite a ways up if you're willing to stretch it. I figure anything higher than that doesn't need cutting yet.

Don't know that yet. I need to source those though so that this isn't a disposable.
