    I love Minimaliste and checked them out online prior to purchasing from Incredible Tiny Homes. They were a bit too expensive but worth it I’m sure! When I saw the truck pulling the house picture, I knew it was them!!! Gorgeous, classy homes that are great even in very cold weather!!!

    The tiny home industry is the wild west of housing - watch out for all the shenanigans! The Internet is a scammers paradise, few people will take the time to do all the reverse image searches - and that is all the fuel that scammers need.

    I really appreciate the depth of your research and then presenting it to us. I would love to find a tiny house and property that would work for me, but as you are finding, you have to go in with a "buyer beware" mind set and you really have brought so many things to our attention. I agree that some type of standards should be placed on the industry, but not sure to what degree. I know the cost of tiny homes are going up constantly and mostly for good reason, but so many are still outside my tiny budget and I would be concerned too much regulation would make that worse. Keep doing these videos though, we need to be savvy buyers!

    • @MicThinksTiny
      @MicThinksTiny  28 дней назад +1

      I agree, it's hard to find the right balance! I don't think prices will go back to the levels people are used to from the start of the movement either. It takes a bit more research but it's worth it to find a builder you can really trust and enjoy the builder process with too! Are you looking to just buy the tiny house or do you want land too?

    • @deborahbrandenburger7240
      @deborahbrandenburger7240 27 дней назад

      @@MicThinksTiny I'm not in a position to purchase land as well as a home. That's why I liked the video with the new community near Nashville, TN. Even though it means paying lot rent, it's an "easier" option for me.

    • @MicThinksTiny
      @MicThinksTiny  Месяц назад

      Hey! It really depends on your budget and the style of home you're looking for. Budget friendly builders would be Phoenix Park Models or Pacifica Tiny Homes. If you're willing/able to spend more (upwards of 70K or 100K) you could go the custom builder route. Venture Tiny Homes, Coastal Tiny Homes, or Liberty Tiny Homes would be solid options for a higher price point.
      There's videos for all of them on the channel too so you can learn more about them and then reach out to one of them.

    Amazon should be held responsible for allowing these scams on their website, it’s irresponsible, the FTC needs to be informed so they can investigate and hold the offenders accountable

      @wilty5 2 месяца назад

      Amazon apparently doesn’t check anything, they don’t care as long as they are making money, the protection of their customer base should be the utmost priority, this is false advertising, I believe the FTC would be more concerned and do more to present consequences to whomever is responsible. The FTC just announced that companies must make it easier for consumers to cancel and opt out of subscriptions with a one button click, making opting out as easy as signing up, I believe it takes effect in April 2025. I still think the billion dollar company Amazon needs to do a whole lot more

      Ya really. It's not like con artists dont operate in the 3rd person even, and anyone with a cognitive brain understands that homelessness frostbite never really produces afterlives and the same can be said about those land mines and bomb vests dotting the real estate of a planet being sold to the highest bidder. If its not selling the dream of owning a home, its the real estate mafia jacking up a 10 thousand dollar to build shoebox type home and encouraging flippers to push it to 1.4 million, and we see this going on all around the corrupted planet. Even amazon is a work from home for scammers that seem to be enabled by the billionaires that are too busy pretending to care rather than prevent victim impact statements preemptively.
      Its like vegas based on the terms of service.

      Hey! Thanks for watching and the comment. Okay, that's an interesting way to look at it but I see your point. It is a deliberate choice they are making to steal other people's designs and images and pass them off as their own. It's just going on so much now I'm not sure how the industry is going to respond (in a formal way).
      Any thoughts on what can be done to stop it?
