I feel like, considering different transformers lore and how they turn into vehicles, they can naturally eject occupants out. In the movies they’d definitely get mangled, but in transformers prime, Miko was just sick inside Bulkhead’s chest compartment. But he didn’t know she was inside So if they know an occupant is inside, maybe it’s a sort of reflex. Like even a Decepticon would be disgusted by having guts in their servos, an organism inside is something no transformer would want.
Galvatron would probably break them down into useable parts, in this version he is just a shit tonne of nanobots that would probably consume the people
I think you will still die or injured by just them attempting to rescue you, you know they are made of hard steal right😂 just the force and them fly mid air colliding with a steal hand that trying to catch you eee your dead by the time you landed.
technically they're always focused since the humans get ejected that could mean optimus purposely ejected the humans so they don't get hurt by the blast

decepticons would probably eject humans too during transformations, an example is in DOTM when Soundwave ejects sam and his girlfriend
