I feel like you were speaking to me haha especially since you said “whether you’re moving in 9 days or 9 months” and I actually plan on moving to the area in 9 months which is wild haha. I’m still not sure what area fits me best but I also have no clue what kind of job I might find by then. I have a lot to plan out. I just visited Dallas and drove all over for my birthday in June and it was so fun! Went to Mesquite for a rodeo and the colony for Andretti go karting but you gave me a lot of good ideas to look at! Thank you! 🙏🏻
When I visited the metro back in August, I personally enjoyed Fort Worth a little more so whenever I do decide to make the move, I’m probably gonna lean towards the outskirts of it as opposed to Dallas
Thank you for talking great about my beloved city of Fort Worth. I like this video. As a Fort Worth native I approve of this. Thanks for no slander on Fort Worth. P.s Fort Worth is better 😅 lol
Nice video. I am Brazilian, I just came from Texas. The thing I see: u r car dependents. No walking. I miss the.thing to go down your building and its possible to do things by feet. But its the way United States was developed. Suburbs, for example. Cars for everything, even for a small shop. Fort Worth seems more my type. Anyway, I wanna return more times to get it know better.
You'd do better on the east coast, my man. I'm from Texas but lived in Boston for a couple of years. Never needed a car in Boston, just walked and took the public transit. It was awesome. Most of the north east is like that.
Quick question…we’re thinking about moving to Texas, just not sure if we want to move to Dallas or Fort Worth? We were wondering, out of the two cities which one has more Bloods and which one has more Crips??? (As of right now in 2023?) thank you and we hope you can answer our questions as we make this “rest of our life” decision! Ty
Hey Katherine! Sorry for the late response. I would love to chat with you more and get some more background about your family and all the things so I can tell you some great neighborhoods. Can we chat on the phone?
As a young Family with Two Children , looking to relocate from Ca to DFW are any recommendations as to what areas in Forth worth are good to look at with good schools ?
I love beautiful cities, love fresh, new-ish feeling homes… but I hate the keeping up with the Joneses mentality!! I don’t want my kids feeling like they’re the poor kids in town. What suburb is right for a middle class family to live a comfortable, but eventful modern-day life?? Any good cities with great school districts that would fit this style of living?
I think there are so many areas that fit that description. A great suburb that is up and coming but still priced well is Sunnyvale. Also, Celina is a good one. Princeton. Murphy, Sasche...all these will have newer options but still fit middle class families. When are you moving and where will you be working? That will help me get you more ideas.

Unless youre moving here because you're tired of living in a state run by insane communists, and you will act accordingly every day to prove it, DONT! If you ARE instersted in leaving like a free citizen in the glorious republic of Texas it depends in how much yiu want to spend and what lifestyle you like. North is the pricier suburban sprawl and less like real Texas. If you actually want to live in Texas, go south or west. There is no east side. Nothing good ever happens east of FTW

The Colony is a lot of fun over at Grandscape! Definitely hit me up when you are ready because we would love to help you!
Thank you for the video. I enjoyed your opinion on the difference between the two cities. Cheers
Thanks!!

A lot of people feel that way. Fort Worth has a big laidback vibe that Dallas doesn't have. Almost slower paced.
Thanks for mentioning the politics of each. I've been searching for that answer and am weighing my decision heavily on that.
Glad I could help! In general DFW leans conservative.
You took me back in time when you said wet n wild 😂 lol!! I haven’t heard that since the 90’s lol hahaha
Right!! Those were the days! Thank you for watching and reach out if you have any real estate needs.
Great content, great information for someone that doesn't know where to move in DFW
We appreciate that. Where do you live now?

I grew up in the mid cities, let me know if you have questions:)
@@lifeindallasfortworth ok , will do, planing on coming out in June to look
Birdville, Southlake-Colleyville, HEB and Keller have excellent rated school districts. Mid-Cities.
Yes, I grew up in the mid-cities.
Thanks. I plan move to relocate on FW.
Let me know and we can help you!!

Glad you enjoyed it! FW never seems to get the props it deserves. People that live there LOVE it and are quite protective of it.

I agree! And the areas around the world that DO walk always seem to be in better health than Americans!!

That is hilarious!! I have no idea!
this was my exact question also.
Dall-ass is typical of any other demonrat run city. More gang bangers, more crime, more of everything bad.
Hi! I would love to pick your brain. I am relocating to DFW area from Illinois and I am completely overwhelmed. How do I connect with you?
Text or call me!! 214-903-4794
Love Fort Worth but the entire metroplex is amazing.
I agree:)
What are the best places to live in Fort Worth for relocating military families?

Hey there! Are you for sure moving to Fort Worth? I can get you the ratings on schools. How old are your kiddos?

Are you wanting public or private schools? Only Fort Worth?
