I’m running into this same thing, I got mine c notched and that section above the pumpkin cut out also. Only thing I noticed that might be the culprit is my truck only have 2 leafs on mine I noticed 3 on yours.
The extender bolts don’t go on like that theirs a vid on RUclips of how they show you how to properly install it I was running into the same problem lol
Yooo I have a 92 Sierra same shocks and I didn’t know y my truck bounce a lot so i decided to tint my windows so no one saw me bounce

The rearend is hitting the bottom of the bed. There is a rail that runs right over the rear end you have to cut the section over the hog head
The stock bolts go in the bracket axle and the bolts supplied go to the bracket shock.
For the flip kit did u cnotch

I dropped it myself my truck is 4x4 so a torsion bar key in the front and a flip kit in the back

What extension did u get i got some from deviate dezignz and the shocks wont fit in
