You are welcome. We tried to find videos that showed it and we couldn’t, so we made sure to include that.

Thank you - I’m loving these videos. Brings back so many memories of our C2C in 2018 to celebrate my 60th. Our first week was so rainy, so I’m jealous of your sun. I didn’t pay attention to the elevation gain on this 2nd day and was so shocked at that climb after Black Sail. And then the descent on the slate path and walking next to the creek with the chains on the rocks. For our first long distance walk, I think this was my “baptism of fire” day. 😂

Yes. It was day 3 for us. I want to do the trail again with different planning. I just don’t know if we’ll ever get that weather again. No rain for the entire trek!

@@staceyandmollypilgrims It’s such a beautiful walk- I can understand wanting to do it again. How amazing to have no rain. Watching your videos has made me want to go back. I know you’ve done other walks in England. We’ve done Hadrian’s Wall and the Cotswold Way. This was by far the most beautiful. But after doing the Camino, I fully realize walking in England is just hard. And if I never see another stile or kissing gate, it will be too soon, 😂. I saw on another comment that you’re getting ready for the Norte in a few weeks. My husband did that last fall - so beautiful. I can’t wait to see your updates and then your videos. Buen Camino.

Many people are surprised to discover the beauty of the British countryside. I refer to it as British because it encompasses England, Scotland, and Wales, which, as you may know, are three distinct countries. The reason the countryside remains pristine is that it is protected by law; such lands are designated as Greenbelt, and protected landscape and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB)Should you find yourself back in the UK, think about embarking on the Cotswold Way walk; it's an absolutely breathtaking journey spanning roughly 102 miles.

Great suggestion. We absolutely love hiking in the UK. We did three trails there last year, and each was very unique.

Fifteen miles over that kind of terrain is a LOT! Plus a huge climb and descent. Y'all are hard core!

Yes. Those days in the Lake District were challenging. Day 3 was even harder. I think it was too hard actually. We’ll address it in our day3 video.

I just realized that you are talking about her costochondritis. Yes, it is better, but we are still pretty careful about it. It got bad enough in the spring to visit the hospital.

@@staceyandmollypilgrims I have prayed ten decades, hope to pray the final five tomorrow, the glorious mysteries.
Not used to praying the Rosary, a bit too much stress around me.
If the condition lasts since last summer to this day, perhaps it's sth else? Normally it should be over in weeks, I looked it up.
