Then stay off the page. This is hilarious material, man. Used to replay this over and over as a kid on VHS tapes. I almost died of laughter that night.
I love how this movie doesn't acknowledge half of its jokes and there's buried comedy gold I always find in this gem down to the sets, background characters, facial expressions and reactions, tone of voice, etc. all while thinking what exactly was going through everyone's minds while on set of these amazing movies during each and every scene😂 I love this movie so much and I'm glad other people still do too!
I can’t seem to find it, but part of this scene Austin is dressed sort of eccentrically and a group of guys makes fun of him. I’m an eccentric dresser myself. That’s one thing all the 90s nostalgia forgets. Back then, if you didn’t fit in with the herd or at least a major subculture, you were subject to unchecked mockery and ridicule. People are much more accepting of difference now.
That whole segment when he tries to adjust to life in the 90s was rad. It was hilarious and kind of sad at the same time. The sequels really lacked that poignancy, and instead stuck to slapstick and gross out jokes almost exclusively. That's why the first one was by far the best.
Who explodes a shoe? Honestly?
Hillarious. Love that "incident". I kept replaying it on the DVD.
Lmao!! Never gets old!! :-)

I've been watching this clip on repeat since I rewatched the movie on Netflix back in the winter. It still makes me laugh 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I like the part where the powder exploded right out of that shoe and it cracked me up. 🤣😂
