    I love watching these Aden films,but dang, finally someone actually seasoned the steak! I don't care how expensive the meat is, but salt and pepper just gives it a much needed boost of flavor.

      @@stevenr224 Pepper does not burn it just loses some of its flavor when it is cooked. That doesn't mean you shouldn't season your steak though.

      apparently he wanted half medium and half well done, that's what he said in the description. I dunno how important it is to how "done" you cook wagyu thought since it's so fatty. seems like anything from medium rare to well done would taste good no matter what

      @@papiezguwniak Yesh, A5 Wagyu is not for everyone. There's this idea that just because its primo and very expensive that it's a linear increase in satisfaction but some cant get over the fat content or the stark texture contrast of a steak with more bite to it.

    Я дома также готовлю. Приправку на стейк... На разогретой сковородке 3 минутки на одной стороне, 3 минутки на другой. Пока обжаривается, предварительно отваренную в мундире молодую картошечку нарезаем ломтиками. Кладем на тарелочку, рядом готовый стейк, поливаем картошечку соком от жарки стейка. Чуть чуть перца. Отставляем на 3 минутки отдохнуть мясу и немного остыть. Тем временем в тостер на 3 минутки заряжаем два ломтика ржаного хлеба.
    В уголок тарелочки жмякаем немножко кетчупа. К картошечке можно добавить еще сельдь исландку в винном маринаде.
    Берем ножечек, вилочку.
    Наслаждаемся.

      @TheCinestyle мудила кетчуп это лучше что может быть. Мясо сырое есть нельзя, его нужно жарить до белого состояние и похер сколько времени хоть 30 минут, хлеб и картошка ещё как совместимы, гурманы хуевы сырое мясо они жрут. Нажарил мяса залил кетчупом, нарезал лук с уксусом картошка фри или вареная хлеб.

    About $180 bucks looks like? Even if you don't got that kinda money to blow on an expensive wagyu lunch, it's probably worth it to get this kind of experience at least once in your life, at a great Teppanyaki place like this.

      Столько лишних движений, наводящих лишь суету. Туда сюда то положил туда, мясо на пять сек, потом вернул. Положил свои шпатели здесь на секунду потом взял, там туда и тд. Японская долбанутая деланная педантичность. Люди смотрят и видят "мастерство"))))) Как как круто, столько движений))))

      Apparently japanese people are very cheap, and in general are very stingy when it comes to what they will pay for, so most things in japan are offered at a very low price otherwise people won't spend their money there. Westerners love to waste money.

      Yeah I was surprised by the price - getting that much food and having a single chef tend to your meal for twenty minutes I was thinking it was going to be double what it turned out to be. I live in Las Vegas though so maybe I'm expecting things should be more expensive than they should be.

    Do they do medium? I've seen several videos and I can't tell. I'd think it's medium rare at best, which is what seems to be their go to. Maybe they think it sacrilege to cook it longer, or maybe they don't know exactly what medium means.

    When is a steak too fatty? For me that one was a bit too close to marble rather than marbled.

    i don't think i could ever eat in front of a chef like that lol. i want to eat by myself or with my family. but just someone right in front of you, it would be award but just me probably lol

      its not that bad, they are busy cooking, plus all the sounds and smell of food being cooked and prepared make you third world hungry.

      Another commenter said the chefs are likely too busy to care and that's true. Im a teppan chef myself and never think anything of people eating in front of me but if I do notice you smashing or finish the plate, I take that as one of the best compliments you can give besides a nice tip. If anything, the chef is probably the most nervous one since everyone is watching their every move.

      @@righteousjack I agree with you about being nervous. However, with such small portions finishing these plates would not be much of a compliment as a bird could eat all of the food served here.

      @@mrdebris1217 Again, the grill plates are heated to different temperatures in different areas, for different purposes. No different than a Waffle House, or even an open barbecue grill in your backyard.
      You want an average temp, go there, and measure it for yourself! 👀
