Great demo and explanation nathan my friend i fish with is a huge fan of sonik they certainly are producing some excellent carp fishing equipment cheers bud and tightlines
I like that Sonik is priced cheaper than most other brands as well.With the new three rod rule here it gets pricey having to use three rods and reels instead of one! 🤪 Soniks 3 rod / reel and a net combo is perfect for anyone just getting into carp fishing.

I laugh in my head when I see the huge reels people use for Carp! When I Carp fished, we used Ultralight gear and 6lb test.
To be fair people are catching massive carp now, 45lb carp on 6lb line would be very impressive

Mate you have go front drag reels and quick drag reels a bit mixed up in this vid, not all front drag reels are quick drag.
He never said all front drag reels are quick drag, I think he was just explaining the two main types of specialty carp reels. Cheers
