Needs a suspension. I mean an RC car can have a suspension on it & cost $40 & is more powerful than this with better grip plus this is 1 wheel drive on both models you tested. Shouldn't be difficult to convert an RC car or truck to automate with a certain speed. I do appreciate your video. It solidified that it's too early for me to get one of these. We need: -suspension -at least two wheels out of 4 moving
I have DJI Pocket 2 and the Neewer DL300 (the four wheeled dolly). The three wheeled model is $6 USD cheaper than the four wheeled model. I just don't see any reason to 1) buy the three wheeled dolly, 2) save $6 b/c the four wheeled is so much stabler. I vlog in restaurants and leave my DJI Pocket 2 setup at the table and I use my iPhone on the dolly. Simpler that way.
I was long looking for a video of pocket 3 paired with the Neewer DL300 and never find one, yours popped up in my recommendations today and so happy you did this video that I subscribed.
Its not paralax, its not panning... That sideways camera movement is call a trucking shot. 😊 You can add a weight low down on the dolly.. that's why auch a small camera is so useful you can add weights for stability and remian under the dolly payload.
Can you please try it with the Rov traveler 16 inch slider. I saw your other slider video but the slider was so short that it didn’t look like it was moving at all.
I was thinking of buying one of the new DL300 for my OP3. Do you think the wheels can be changed to slightly larger ones so it can run on surfaces that aren't completely flat?
Thank you for this test, the 5 wheel option is better imho. I'm thnking more about product video footage than this what you showed, although it's great it went so well. Cheers!
The difference in cropping in post is you would lose 4K resolution. But you’re right, depending on your workflow to crop in post would give you more flexibility. You would just lose resolution in post.
I applaud ingenuity, but you're really getting into the area of trying to make a device do something it wasn't designed for. If you really need that look, you're probably better using a slider mounted on a weighted tripod. At least you wouldn't be scared of the thing tipping over spectacularly and writing off 700 bucks in the process.
I was like yeah this will e pretty interesting till I saw the ground where you tried this. Bro seriously that's the worst thing I've ever seen. Constantly these bumps.......... Please delete this.
Dang the shot at 3:20 was dope asf. The mountains in the background makes the shot so dynamic.

I’ve been considering getting a pocket 3 for my leather Chanel.
Amazing video can you make another video with mobile gimbal

really good video with detail. I think the 4 wheel one is the way to go.

Amazing 👏 I want to know where to order the gimble and the 4wheeler Dolly please 🙏
Great video. The combo of the osmo and the e-dolly makes it a great EDC.
Cool idea
Definitely can see when the wheel hit the gaps in the wood floor panels

Thanks for catching that!
Great vid been looking for this comparison for a while!
Thank you!
minute 7:39 i was waiting for you to say.... ITS BEAUTIFUL ISNT? lol
first time in your channel, well done videos so clear. thank you
I liked this but I used a 24 inches motion slider so it’s much more stable 😀
Do you have a link to yours?

Bro, where do you live? Sick scenery in the background!
which filter in the pack did you use for this video
I wonder if you added say a 1# weight to the 4 wheeler, if it would aid in stability when using a taller mount…
Is the instability due to the dolly, or more the flooring? Your thoughts?
What did you use to color grade all of the OP3 footage? Was this shot in D-LOG? It looks great. Thank you.

Can you do this with the insta 360 go
What stick u using 😍
Great video
Great video, very inspirational, I had thought about this idea, too. Thanks a lot for sharing.
Amazing

SUPER helpful, thank you!
You got a new sub!
Add some weights, have clamps or small sand bag on the bottom. This will provide less jumps and more stable movements from the dolly
Thanks for this video. However your floor isn't good at all for a dolly and zooming isn't a good idea as you can do it in post, so more flexibility.

@@rogerseng Yes but as it's not a 6k ou 8k camera, you also lose resolution when you zoom x2 directly with the camera.

The black mist filter looks like shit. It looks like the lens is dirty. Not sure what the appeal is.
