@@louva9932 never use eq on subgroups, only compressor.. I only use fab filter eq on stereo audio drum loops and stereo audio tracks. Always make mid different than sides just using equalizer + level . Simple as that

I know so much watched thousands of tutorials but i cant seem to remember certain stuff like mid side etc when mixing so like a video of start to finish checklist for producers would be awesome. Its easy to get lost in too many plugins this and that remembering all the tutorials finding all the notes in different books written down. If you know what i mean. Love the channel btw

Its not always the case to cut lows on side - it depends on style of your music. For example: Drake, bad bunny - Mia Billie eilish - all the good girls go to hell Both of this tracks have a ton of sub+bass information on sides.
Sure it definitely depends on the style of music! In many style you’ll notice that it’s also not much low end their any way! So if a producer sends me a song to mix and I see and hear that there is a wide bass then absolutely I kno better!
