Something something holiday club resort. We had Outrun 2, Sega Rally 2 and 3 plus Hydro Thunder. There was also some sort of "lesser" racing game involving branded cars. I don't believe it to be this one though.
Is it still there? I've pretty much scoured every arcade in Bandung region and long term might consider hunting for retro arcade games in Jabodetabek region.

First look at the cars remind me of Midnight Run: Road Fighter 2, and of course after small checking, this is the sequel of that, somehow.
The turns and traffic remind me of Cruisin' USA.

Use manual transmission to gear drift by shift down then shift up quickly to make a fast drift cornering.
To play Time Trial Mode by holding a brake pedal in during a course select.
You can use the Logitech Steering Wheel in my MAME Emulator Winding Heat.
To access the secret car by holding a accelerator and brake together then using a shift gear during a car select.
I always played Winding Heat on MAME with Steering Wheel Controller.
That definitely is the best way to play games like that, but I've been unsure about whether or not I actually want to buy one myself.
