Trimming platters

When I trim, I change several things: I add a trimming catcher (splash pans are ineffective), I lower my foot pedal (normally up on a block), and I lower my seat.
The tools I use are a blue scraper tool and a traditional loop tool. Then I sign my pots with an aluminum nail.
