    You mentioned a new studio. I sure hope your not moving away from where your now located. That is beautiful beyond imagination.

      We are building a new studio higher up the hill behind the house. The storms are beginning to threaten the boat house studio. I will post updates as we try to create a green studio space.

    Thank you! How long did the larger platter dry before you trimmed it?

      I dry my platters slowly, 5-7 days in a damp cupboard with the rims covered loosely with Saran Wrap.

      I have shown it in older videos and I think I have it shown again next week in the beginner video on making plates.

    How much clay did you use?

      6lbs, I think that is about 2 3/4kgs
