    INGREDIENTS
    200 g Manitoba flour
    100 g 00 flour
    2 large eggs (115 g) (room temp.)
    2 tablespoons of sugar
    40 g of butter (softened)(take it out of the fridge well in advance)
    30 g of white wine (room temperature)
    1 sachet of vanillin
    the peel of a lemon
    3 g of baking powder
    a pinch of salt
    fry oil
    Let's try preparing these frappe then?.....if you try them let me know
    Use the ingredients at room temperature...eggs, butter, wine...knead as I showed you in the video.
    Please do the initial folding work and repeat it 3, 4 times... at number 1.... then you can lengthen the dough...
    For cooking, if you have a kitchen thermometer, it's better, so start frying at 170°.....then continue without
    x the cooking times...they cook in a short time.....half a minute...or a little more and the turns....🥰🥰🥰
