I've seen one in person. There's some very appealing angles, and when you get to the funky ones the uniquity still makes it visually appealing - the beaver tail for example.
Relating to the bailing out, I’ve seen multiple times that F4s, instead of dodging my F-104s AIM-9Bs, will just J out. It’s especially painful while I’m trying to get mods and such.
I've always been one to give a kill if it's earned, or if I can run away I just choose to dogfight anyway. I just take my medicine when I have to, but some people are just petty I guess.

First account, mostly solo/2man squad and I had a lot of experience coming into the game before I started with other sim games. So I guess my early days weren't as bad. It's just a lot of games like you see on my channel, if i win I mostly don't die. So say I get 1.5-2 kills per game and win 80% I already go 8-10:1 already It goes quite fast
How do you think about this plane performance compared to CL-13B mk 6? They have same BR, but the CL-13 rep cost is more than twice tho. And this plane looks like can turn better, has better accel, and 4 missiles instead of 2.

At about 20 seconds in, defyn Was toggling through targets super quickly. How does one do that? I find myself in game wanting to designate a target 4 km away, but unable to do so. I can usually only call an attack on a target after I’ve hit them

Why does everyone consider plane dumping speed fast while maneuvering bad ? ... whether defensive or offensive when i do turn hard i WANT to lose speed either to prevent overshoot or force one. Also considering this thing gets nearly identical matchmaking to Cougar while being better in every way possible ill take Demon gladly ;). And i expect F104s at least will be uptiered in a month or two with SU maybe also following but its Russian so maybe it will stay. Now just imagine how would Demon stack up with top mm competition being YS, HunterFg, Saberdog and export F-100 versions...
Because a game of RB isn’t a duel You can dump it all to kill one guy, and then something you can’t outmaneuver can show up with more speed than you. At that point you’re boned.
@@mites7 you have F104 or SU for that if you are fine with being forced to overshoot or are fine with someone sitting on your ass until he gets you, i prefer planes that are fast enough to outrun anything they cant outmaneuver and outmaneuver anything they cant outrun and the Demon sits at that exact spot while having acceleration and high altitude performance that does allow one to regain the lost speed fast enough.
you can slow yourself down without bad energy retention with throttle and airbrake, but it's much harder to gain that speed back. being able to choose when you slow down is MUCH better than just "I turned, now I'm slow, no choice, now this enemy can kill me easily"

There a good plane but just give em good missiles and put em up to 10.3 so they get fudged In the a hole by better jets and so they know how it feels

i'm not a pilot, but i do know that aircraft control can be very particular, so you probably could deploy just the Slats IRL

an accurate thing would be the jet explodes in million pices if you hit a tree with nearly mach 1

They're different planes but the CL is a lot more adaptable. The only thing holding it back are the guns tbh

In this I usually get 0 kills for 4 or 5 games and then I get a 4 kill game.
