That "volcano pizza" is simply overwhelming. I don't doubt that it's delicious but at some point the overkill and sheer mass of toppings just become ridiculous.
Plus, potatoes, mayonnaise, and processed cheese goo, do not belong on a pizza. In my experience, you have to look long and hard for a good pizza in South Korea.
Korea's history of food scarcity and their cultural penchant for bargains means a lot of the pizza you get there is going to a mountain of toppings with the crust struggling to hold itself together under the sheer weight and collective moisture. Small wonder, considering their version of "bon appetit" is "Maani Mogo," literally "please eat a lot."
Pretty sure in Korea, they call it ramyeon, not ramen. I know, it seems like I'm splitting hairs, but remember, Korea lived under Japanese subjugation for a long while. So if you want to respect their culture, you respect their language, including their pronunciation.
That pizza is a little too much tbh. Ide try it for the luls but looks more of a gimmick to me. Shrimp arent peeled, you got like 3 pounds of potato on it, what looks like melted processed cheddar cheese around it, and that under carriage is a swamp at this point. But I get it, its made to be a volcano. On the other hand, that meal on the seaside was tier.
the way you drink vinegar to soften the bones sounds scary we used to just eat a piece of bread to push a bone down. but i do have to say it was only bones from perch so maybe they werent as big as the ones you dealt with. I still love all kinds of fish and i still eat them with bread. 😂

The one in the soup I believe is hairtail and the one not in the soup may be cutlass fish. Both are awesome....if prepared well
