I want to visit, I have family there--but I can barely take the heat i& humidty here in NC in teh Summer. I don't know how y'all do it. I have been there, ..just been a long ass time. I guess one must suffer for good things, right?
I just had a random thought. As someone who wishes to travel like you do and explore different cultures and cuisines, I'm wondering if you'd ever make something akin to a travel guide where you would highlight all of your favorite experiences during your journeys.
"I'm just going to put a little of the ghost pepper chillies on here" Proceeds to dump half the container of chillies on one bite. 🤣🤣 I can't eat fish but the fried fish looked good. Obviously had a crispy, crunchy skin and you can see the seasonings . Then breaking into the fish itself, that beautiful glistening, tender white flesh. Looked so yummy.
So... my family loves a good Mexican restaurant (stepdad grew up in El Paso) and now I'm gonna have to convince them to take us to El Nayarita when I go down for Christmas since I don't live there anymore but they do!
Damn, that seafood mountain looks like my kind of dish, I want to feel that tasty heat! A shame I live in the UK... If any of you find yourselves in Nottingham, I'll do my best to introduce some good restaurants.
I was born and raised in Houston. If you like hot dogs you have to try James Coney Island! The best hot dog in my opinion, and the bowl of chili is great also!

Yep Houston has a spot called the baked potato Factory that I have yet to try I was supposed to go there for my 36th birthday but it was closed

Seafood mountain isn't even on their menu. They do have a few items over $100 but it's not the glorious platter featured in the video.
