I can definitely agree that these are key things to do if you want to be better at managing tasks. I know I like to outline a plan of what it is I want to do. This includes doing things one task at a time. Most of the time things don't go according to plan but it helps guide me to my end result. Also, kind of crazy to think that in 3 months time you've gained ~1k subscribers. Goes to show that not only putting in the time and effort, but also working smarter has been paying off.
When I was at my last academic year for BSET I took 6 units while working full time . The company allowed me to work flexible schedule (making time up for 2 days a week) so my work /school day started at 6:30 am and ended at 10 pm. Next day I could arrive at work 1 hour later and stay 1 hour later as well. At the end of tough semester I was losing about 10 pounds.
