I think you cut like 2-3 depths in the mirror. That's usually the strategy in legacy. Your opponent can copy yours as easily as you can copy theirs, so you leave in like 1 for an instant speed crop rot line, and then just max your creature count so I would probably run ouphes just as 2/2s. Unless you're going to play like fast bond or some other way to make a 20/20 on turn 1, depths is going to be a card you can't risk playing from your hand most of the time.
You and Douges or one or the legacy depths player should do like a co-op stream for vintage depths. I'd love to see if the mono-black version has any play in vintage.

I've been liking the mono-green dpeths lists. I don't know if I missed it, but has Loam been considered for some number in the 75? It seems like it likes up with the deck's goals, is a solid recovery plan, and is green to pitch to Vigor.
Im not sure the deck needs a more robust grind plan? Could be wrong tho.
@@IamActuallyLvL1 I think there's a few times in the video that it would have been helpful. It definitely breaks the mirror in half for whatever that's worth. It feels like the deck has about as much speed as it realistically can get and in matches like Standstill where that speed is not really going to payoff a 2x of Loam might give you some game .
At 17:17, why would you fetch there? With Yavimaya, the land is also a forest, so I feel like there wouldnt be a need to fetch if it produces mana. Just wondering!

is playing any amount of mainboard collector ouphes reasonable? or is it just people to go all in combo on turn 1?
ive rarely seen ouphe not be a kick in the pants but i also suck at vintage haha
sure thing. Its a bit hard to find 1 in the main tho with no real tutors sans once upon a time and you wont know ops 50% of those. Probably meta dependent.
