@@dalemus3680 The fuse box in my car was behind the area where you put your change etc. I RUclipsd it. Try to see if you can find the answer on RUclips. Good luck to you!
Hi guys, I have same problem, I removed the box lid under the steering wheel, but I did not find any information using the lid. Even though I searched some videos on RUclips, I didn't fix it. Could you help me please?
Hey,I found the fuse. It is the same tail fuse 15A(2004 Toyota Corolla), but I have a new problem. I changed the fuse twice, but it blows again. How can I found the short circuit in this?
This told me where exactly and what the inside fuse cover looks like, which is exactly what I needed. The manual sucks and I was trying to take off the wrong thing. So 👍🏻
Good evening Todd, I have no knowledge about car. But I learn a lot watching your channel. Can you do a video showing viewers how to remove 07 Corolla under dash cover, so that we can access the rear defrost relay and replace? Thanks a million.
Nice video, one comment about checking the small fuses, the blades are partially exposed on the top of the fuse body so you can do a continuity check without having to remove the fuse. Just a quick way to check your fuses. Thanks for posting.
@@ToddsGarage - And there is a little white fuse puller in the one under the hood. Upside down from the floorboard, thanks, the little book is no help.
Great video. I would never have found the one behind the coin tray. Anyway, I can't locate the fuse for the heated rear window grid. Where would that be? Thanks
What if it’s the second 120v cigarette lighter inside the drivers right arm rest? Currently the front cig light works but not my center console one. I replaced the old fuse with the new fuse and still nothing. What do you suggest? Replace the cig holder?
Ugh. WHYYY Toyota would you put the fuse box so out of reach on my 2008 corolla!! My 2002 had them accessible behind the pull down try. Anyway, how did you get the fuse cover off if I can actually get under the dashboard. I need to. change my cruise control before heading out on a road trip. Thank you so much.
Hi, thanks this video helped. my Corolla right door courtesy light doesn't turn on when door is opened. I tried replacing the bulb but it still won't light up. What could be the problem? Thanks!
Hi Gerald, thats too bad the bulb didn't fix it. It could be a fuse, or possibly wiring that got damaged or bent. I'll try to make a video diagnosing that in the future. Thank you for watching!
@@kaizylle Hi and thanks for watching, I haven't made a video for that yet, I still have it on my list. Thanks again for watching and I hope you get your issue figured out.
Do you know what fuses are most critical to have backups for? Because apparently if AM1 7,5 amp fuse (Starting system, ACC, CIG) goes out, the car won't even be able to drive. So might be good idea to get 7.5 amp backup fuses.
Hi and thanks for watching, It is not a bad idea to have back up fuses on hand just incase. You never know when you might need one. Thanks again for watching!
Do you have any idea what would cause the clock to dim when braking and sometimes cause the car to begin stalling, and a dead battery/slow start in the morning? But when i drive for a lomg time, the clock stops dimming. Alternator is new (just got it 3 weeks ago), battery checked out fine, but when i checked battery, lots of corrosion on the positive battery terminal. I cleaned the terminal thinking this was interfering with the battery before getting it tested a few days ago. When alternator got changed issues with dashboard dimming stopped, but Still having the other issues. Please help lol. Edit: i just wanted to add that the clock was barely visible for about a year before i started having all these issues. When the alternator got replaced i could see the clockm it brightened significantly, but after a week it started dimming again, then brightening when i would accelerate and dim when braking. Sometimes it would stay dim regardless. Could the clock be causing a parasitic drain? Side note...the starter tested poorly so could this also be the issue/there be a faulty wire in the starter?
Hi thanks for watching! I'm sorry your car is having so many problems. It is hard to guess without being there to see it, it could be many things. It also could be more than 1 issue. The clocks in our cars are known to have an issue which eventually makes them not visible. I have yet to see the time on my clock. I heard that every once in a while at a certain time of day, if you look at it from the right angle, you can see the time. But that is probably just a vicious rumor...lol.
I was wanting how to see why the clearance lights are not working and how to trouble shoot the problem. The headlights high and low work, Turn signals R and L work But the clearance lights are not.
Hi and thank you for watching, I am pretty sure I show that in this video. There is a button on the front of the cover that you have to press in to release the cover. If you watch the video again you should be able to see me do that.
