Vegan mayonnaise using the liquid from can/s of beans

What type of beans do you use?

Hi Victoria - in general try to use the light color beans, like great northern beans, cannellini beans, or pinto beans. I think it will work if you use the black beans, but the mayo will be darker (I think, I did not try).
