    Are you dealing with stiff, creaky and sensitive knees? Then this beginners friendly practice is for you. Throughout this yoga class we'll focus on strengthening, stretching and stabilizing the muscles around the knee joint, which will help with relieving knee pain or knee aches.
    Please listen to your body. If certain exercise feels to intense, please skip it to avoid further injury.
    For best results, I will encourage you to do this exercises three times weekly.
