Josh got to be a part of what John missed out on-2 terrific rejuvenating albums. 2 massively successful world tours. Welcoming the Rams back to LA. First acoustic show in ages. Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. The Klinghoffer Era was splendid.

Leo Aronson yea I was pretty pissed because I originally thought they would be on the back stage where but I realized they were on another stage. It was either go over to weezer or hold my spot up front for this concert. It was unfortunate I didn't get to see weezer that night but it's cool. I've seen them twice already. Nothing matches front row chilli peppers, not for me at least.

If John doesn't play Josh's songs, he's gonna lose my respect. (I know, who cares right?) but c'mon! They were friends. Not playing those songs would be not only disrespecting his friend Josh, but also Chad, flea and Anthony's work during his absence, like it doesn't matter that they worked to keep the band alive.

The thing with flea's solo here is that's it's one of his easiest solos but it sounds sooo nice. I love playing this on my '61 flea jazz bass. It's just amazing. Flea is the bast bass player

Love how flee pauses at the outro to let Josh tear it up! I took a chili peppers break after the stadium arcadium album! Then when raindance Maggie came out I was like ok, John could do better(didn't know he left) then when I found out he left I really didn't care for the peppers! But thanks to spotify, I've heard some badass jams with Josh! Goodbye Angel's, the outro just takes me out of this world, my Bulldog wonders what the hell is wrong with me when I walk him listening to Goodbye Angel's
jeremy honemann the Getaway is an awesome album and is definitely a step up from I’m With You in my opinion. Can’t wait to hear the new album which should be coming out sooner than later.

The Getaway and I'm With You are my favorite RHCP records. Their most sincere, dark, and ambitious efforts from their entire catalogue IMO. Chad and Flea are perhaps one of the strongest rhythm sections of any music genre, but Anthony and Josh have such a magical presence with the melody in their newer material. I hope John sees some of these comments. Peace, love, and respect to all.
Check out I'm Beside You thank me later. Completely travesty how the tracking and momentum they would have gained with those songs made into a double disc with I'm with you best songs added Monarchy of R, Look Around, Brendan's death song, police station, Ethiopia. goodbye hooray and adv of Raindance Maggie. Listen and see if you agree it's just far superior musically wise and vocally.

Well it really depends how much he likes it, you can't blame him for not playing one minute stuff, he disliked the album and said it was like watching an ex with a new partner, Although he used to be close to josh so I'd say there's more of a chance of him playing joshs stuff.

I feel terrible for ever coming down on Josh. I was super critical of anyone stepping into John's shoes, but he honestly proved me wrong. No one could have ever come close to John, the way Josh did. I'll miss him and his solos!
