As an in n out associate, it would be very hard to believe because “NO ONE” is allowed to walk to the kitchen/back area without their slip free shoes. Not even if you’re about to start your shift, you should always have your shoes on for when you walk into the back. Plus, managers aren’t dressed like that and they don’t walk in that way anyways. James Ken I Applied, and then waited 5 months and finally had 3 interviews. Working there was really awesome at first. But now it’s kind of annoying because I want to move up levels, but they aren’t making an effort.. but it’s ok I still get paid well and I still enjoy my job.
James Ken It started at $12:50 hr now I’m a level 2 and I make $13 hr. I really have nothing to complain about it’s probably the best job you can get at 16. If you’re trying to get in I would recommend constantly going in and asking them if they have any openings.

James Ken It started at $12:50 hr now I’m a level 2 and I make $13 hr. I really have nothing to complain about it’s probably the best job you can get at 16. If you’re trying to get in I would recommend constantly going in and asking them if they have any openings.

If this is how you want to waste your life, you need to be prepared for the backlash.
