Arent constructs the same as schemas and their assimilation/accomodation in Piaget's development theory?

Yes one can certainly draw parallels between constructs and schemas.

A&B are very kind, generous, socially acceptable people.(like me?) C is less patient and friendly, more complex, illusive, difficult to predict, but conversations are so much more engaging and rewarding. (Same intellectual level?)

Interesting! Thanks for sharing. Sometimes people with different personality constructs can offer interesting insights and perspectives!👍

That discussion question at the end is very great, but it's too personal for me to share. Even naming the people A, B, and C still leaves it too personal. I did write a full answer, but it's too personal to share with the general public. It's too insightful into what makes me.

Hello! Yes, it's understandable. I knew this when I was putting it in. But there could be some people who would want to share. Let's hope this provides them a platform to do so. 🙂

It does help me appreciate & respect the rep test a great amount. Perhaps practicing it a few times a month or more can lead to more deeply understanding ourselves.

A and B are very very hard working but C is not very hard working.

Thank you for sharing. Does that provide you some insights on some of the constructs influencing you?
