Nah. Being in a group doesnt matter. Just 3rd party basically lmao.
@@McKae00 Being in a community and playing solo can be done at the same time. If you are one of the few people who play only solo, good on you, but if you want to play solo and have questions and can just ask someone in the community discord you're much more likely to not run into answers like "just hit headshots lol" to literally any question.
Jesse, your last tip brought back an old flashback to old days of Tarkov for me. I remember the days of Tarkov before we had a flea market and players would post in the EFT discord that they were selling/buying certain items and then grouping up in raid, dropping the stuff, then dying lmao
My personal favorite have been Tarkov Tracker for years now. You have to keep track with what you do in the game, but it's the most handy tool I've found to stay aware, in raid, of what you need to loot for your quests AND your hideout.
A few more, tarkov tracker - Keeps track of your character progress. It's mostly used in conjunction with rat scanner. Rat scanner is awesome. @Aabe_lol I don't think so. I used it the whole time 2 wipes ago. Didn't play last wipe. Using it again this wipe. It claims it doesn't hook into the EFT process and only takes screenshots.
Because I know creators can't openly support it I will do so here. You can use SPT AKI (Single Player Tarkov). It is an unsupported mod, in-fact the dev's don't like it for some reason, that can help you learn the basics of the game without all the scare and hassle of PvP and hackers. It also supports a lot of mods to customize it to your playstyle. You want to be a god completely invincible? Go for it. Mod it to make the AI even more broken, they got you. The biggest thing in Tarkov is gear-fear and with SPT you can turn that off completely. Just keep in mind your experience will be DRASTICALLY different from the live version, but for a lot of new players, this is a great way to learn the game and have better hands on knowledge that can help them in the live version. Or mod it so everyone is an anime girl. I'm not here to judge. As for the getting banned fear. You don't have to worry. Just keep SPT in a different folder and don't run it at the same time as the live version, and they'll never know. Happy hunting!
knowledge is power in this game. doin a lil homework will pay dividends. playin with someone can be a fast track to knowledge, but get your hands dirty and dont let it become a crutch. Good luck out here, its a dangerous game. gotta b handy with the steel if ya know what I mean, earn ya keep.
I have 2k hours. I’m pretty good at the game. Usually around %65 survival rate after I stop suiciding for quests. I struggle with motivation whenever I die in a stupid way. Literally just causes me to stare at my stash and watch RUclips haha.
Before I even watch the video, I just wanna thank you for this. This is basically my first wipe as I joined at the very end of the previous wipe. I have never played a game with such a big learning curve. League didn't feel like this, and CoD is nowhere near Tarkov. I've beat souls games multiple times and still feels easier to learn than Tarkov. So, thank you for this.
Good luck and my best piece of advice to you, report everyone that kills you. There is a video by g0at, and its just proving that he had cheaters in 80% of his raids. I don't agree with how he did it, he bought cheats and just killed scavs but he still was cheating on an alt account. If you think tarkov is full of cheater thats because it is. I don't think streamers are cheating, but there is a large majority of the playerbase that does cheat. You can normally tell to, if you run up on a guy and its a 50/50 fight, then hes not cheating.....most likely. If you run up on someone or someone rushes you when you have made no noise, and he swings a corner and is looking at you, and nobody ever sits there and 1 taps you before you even realise someone is there. That guy is cheating. You have to remember, there are cheats out there that can intercept the data between client and host for tarkov. It will then display it (on a seperate pc) and show you where everyone is. This is completely undetectable by the garbage anticheat called battleeye. Battlestate is great at building a concept for one of the most advanced FPS games on the market, but their execution is terrible. They have made hundred of millions of dollars, and the game still has the same issues it had back in 10.x versions. They said years ago that they were updating the entire game engine to UE5 but that hasn't even come close to happening, and in battlestate fashion they made up a poor excuse. Just save yourself the time and don't play. When 5 mans get wiped by a single person running around with a 9mm pistol by only headshots, then there is a much larger problem here than new maps, new games, new systems, and anything new. There is so much wrong with this game that they are just damaging it more by adding new shit instead of fixing old issues. Good luck.
@user-xz9vq1gy7i I appreciate that mate. But the thing is, I wouldn't even know if I'm against a cheater, other than checking their stats, because I'm incredibly nooby so every gunfight, I'm more likely to lose it. I'm better at cod, I'm not great at it either, but yeah.
@@ThumbsGaming-c6jya know I’ve been playing a lot this wipe and it really feels like I haven’t been dying to “cheats” every time except maybe once on woods. But I made a bad choice so could be on me.
