I taught all my friends how to make pork ribs better than ever! I never cook pork ribs without this marinade again. Everyone is looking for this pork ribs recipe! Simple and delicious! I don't fry pork ribs anymore! Even my guests were surprised when they tried it! It's simple, but the end result is incredibly delicious. Cook with love! Cook with joy!
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
2 kg pork ribs.
Remove the film from the ribs.
Make cuts without cutting all the way through.
2 onions.
8 cloves of garlic.
Grind everything with a blender.
2 teaspoons salt.
1 teaspoon black pepper.
1 teaspoon Bunium persicum.
2 tablespoons ketchup.
1 teaspoon of adjika.
60 ml soy sauce.
Mix all ingredients well.
Brush the pork ribs with the prepared marinade.
Turn over and grease the other side.
Cover with cling film.
Let marinate for 3-4 hours.
6 potatoes.
Make cuts without cutting all the way through.
Salt.
Black pepper.
1 teaspoon paprika.
2 tablespoons oil.
Mix.
4 hours later.
Remove excess marinade.
3 tablespoons white yogurt.
1 tablespoon grainy mustard.
1 teaspoon mustard.
Mix well.
Brush the pork ribs with the prepared sauce.
Add pickled potatoes.
Cover with foil.
Bake in the oven at 190°C for 90 minutes.
Chop the lettuce leaves.
1 cucumber.

Black pepper.
2-3 tablespoons olive oil.
