SWEET! I got a great ender recently (not posted yet) but definitely not as rare as that! Huge congrats!
That's awesome! We will be looking out for that video from you :D
pro tip: watch movies on KaldroStream. Been using it for watching lots of of movies these days.
@Marco Lucas Yup, have been watching on kaldroStream for since december myself :D
@Marco Lucas yup, have been using kaldrostream for since november myself :)
@Marco Lucas yup, I have been watching on kaldroStream for years myself =)
Awesome video! Can't get enough of these competition hunts! And a great find to start it all off
Quin, we are going to have to call you the Michael Jackson of coin hunting with that one white glove...lol... Just kidding, but great finds in this hunt. Keep up the good work!
Yup that’s me! :D
Quin's Coins MY NAME IS QUINN
Love the fun video! Keep on searching! 💕🎈👍
Great and interesting video! Nice job, guys! Thanks!
Hey quin cool video you're getting better on editing and stuff it's really cool
Great find. Watching you and a couple others my wife and I are going to start coin roll hunting ourselves. Thank you for sharing and inspiring people
Sweet score! And to find it on the end, wow. I haven't pulled anything older than 1916 yet, but add me to the list of those who've gotten one in pocket change (an 1896, from a Chinese restaurant two years ago). I am almost certain this was a once-in-a-lifetime event, but what a rush. Many more quality boxes to you.
That is so cool! Nice job breaking the 1900s too, I haven't been able to do that yet! Good luck to you in your future hunts as well!
Still watching your videos! 😊.
Good vid!
Great video awesome finds
my gosh! my jaw dropped when i saw the ender.nice score quin!
Amazing Video!
thanks, Great find :-D
Very nice 👍🏻 Happy Hunting.
You deserve every sub man
Awesome job guys! An Indian Head Penny is always something special to pull from a roll. While I haven’t ever gotten a box with an Indian Head Penny ender, I did manage to get a box that had an 1863 Civil War Token from Oshkosh, Wisconsin on the end of a roll. Good luck in your future hunts!
Wow! I don't think there are many people that have found an ender older than that!
Quin's Coins the craziest thing was it came from a sealed box of pennies just as your Indian Head Penny did. I did a few articles about it in a couple of Numismatic Magazines, and one of those articles is online. Please feel free to check it out; just type in my name, and include “civil war token” in your search. Thank you!
Cool find! An ender at that.
Looks like Christmas came late! Awesome hunt!
Awesome Find!
Great finds quin!
Nice find in that IHP. Kevin is just too funny. Great to see you guys, I'm not sure Kevin is into it as much as you are Ryan. Fun video any way. Happy New Year and ATB
Thank you Shirl! Happy New Year to you too!
@@QuinsCoins Thanks, Ryan!!
Dude I found an 1899 Indian head penny ok condition but it was cool
I HAVE A 1888 AND 1889 INDIAND HEAD 1803 COOL
I have two 1899's.
Super cool!! I bought a placemat so I can compete with my niece and nephew and hopefully get them interested! I appreciate the videos!
That is great to hear! You should be receiving your placemat soon if you haven't already. I hope your niece and nephew enjoy using it!
Hey Quin I love your videos also I have 3 bicentennial halves!
I recently hinted through two penny boxes and found a 1947 King Goerge VI. Same as the one you found
Wow great find
That is INSANE! Glad I saw this in the sidebar! And some of the LIBERTY is left!
Thanks for watching, and CONGRATS ON 10k SUBSCRIBERS! That's awesome man, your channel is doing great. Keep up the good work!
Wow that’s a nice hunt!
Great find, my husband found two 1800's Indian head coins a week ago in a $ 25.00 box. 👏
Awesome finds!
Nice Quinn.
I've been coin roll hunting since about July 2018. Got my third Indian Head penny yesterday. My first was 1900, second was 1882 and yesterday's was an amazing 1864. Incredible that 155 year old coins are in circulation.
Good for you
Quins coin is Micheal jackson lol
KEEP ON SERCHING
It was am amazing video keep up the good work also I did some live videos on opening coin rolls and found a 1945 Canadian penny
that's nice, I love king George the sixth coins
hey Quin! Big fan buddy, i just started coin roll hunting. I live in Ontario, an hour north of Toronto. Just wondering where you guys got those penny mats!
ps: I found my first awesome ender hunting through a box of dimes, a 1963 80% silver Canadian dime! I was PUMPED
cool awsome
Watching this video as i was going through some one cent coins and i found a 1944 wheat penny !
wow! I’ve never even found a Indian
I'm a big "lustre" person; I always keep the cool lustre's especially if they are clean and higher grades.
@Quin's Coins I was wondering if you know anything about the 1847 braided hair cent, with a doubling in the 1 of the date. I may have one but I'm not sure, wondering if you could help me out. Thx.
hey guys, I watch all your videos. Awesome find! Where can I get one of the penny sheet you guys are using in the video?
Hi Violex! I have the placemats available on my website, you can pick them up there! www.quinscoins.com
@@QuinsCoins Thanks
Wow!!!! Nice IHP!!!!
Love your channel wish I could find a Indian head penny
Keep hunting and you'll get one eventually!
Quin, I’ve gotten a few new Canadian coins and the 2001 was not magnetic. Are some steel and some not?
2:56 time
Awesome coin I just got a 1898 Indian head in a box about 4 weeks ago great vid
Nice job breaking the 1900s!
Thanks can’t wait for your next vid
congrats!
AWESOME FIND!!! Can’t say I was low key hoping Kevin would pull through because I gotta stay loyal to Ryan, but awesome find either way!
Haha thank you Cointelligence!
Woah! That was insane! Not just a Indian, a Indian head ender! Holy shizzle! I think I made that word up. I never found a Indian head cent in a bank roll before! I have found a 1911 plain a long time ago from a bank roll though! Can you share some of your good luck with me Ryan?
You're only 2 years off with that 1911! Keep looking and you'll find one too!
Where do you get the poster that identifies the pennies?
Good Guys
My friend found one in the change at the gas station and it was in the 1870s
Nice! 1870s are some of the hardest Indian heads to find!
Noice 😯😄
Found 1919 on stream last night!
Very cool!
@Andrew Smith well it could be worth a lot because it could be a false coin! And false coins are worth alot!
Ive found a 1895 indian head coin roll hunting once, i was so happy i started crying, ive also found a 1998 wide AM, and a possible 1959 struck in wrong planchet, and also a proof 1975 s, and a steel cent
i got a 2009 d from 10:08 but how rare is the Denver vr the Philadelphia 2009?
Not too rare
i live in florida,, so i would do canadians like thi:
steel canadian - 3 pts
Elizabeth (non young head) - 5 pts
young head - 10 points
king george - 20 points
That sounds reasonable! I always encourage people from different regions of the country to write their own rules for Canadian coins. Whatever makes sense to you!
Yea I do too and I just found a 1931 Canada Nickel in MS in a roll. Don't know if is worth anything or not.
I started back coin roll hunting back in September 2018 and first five boxes of pennies I found a 1883,1900,1905 Indian head pennies. The boxes were from two different banks.
That's awesome, nice finds!
I'm lucky to have two Indian Head pennies in great condition, didn't really appreciate it until I've seen circulated pennies in such condition hard to come by.😊👍
Now that’s a victory royale
I too am looking for the 2009 Denver presidency coin the exact one u had here. It’s the only one I’m missing in my 1974-current penny book
Opens the roll, forgets to press record...
Have also found a treasury token. Shall I add a 1909 VDB and a couple of red 40’s wheat 🌾. I have a 1912 S in a condition that I am going to send the lot for grading when they remove pennies from circulation
Hey quin I did a penny hunt a couple days ago and it’s on RUclips and found a 1935 Canadian! It’s awesome looking! My oldest Canadian yet
Ohh yeah
Yes lots of Canadian pennies quite a few 30’s and 40’s
I recently just found a Indian head
Wow
I found 2 2009 presidency pennies from denver
What camera are you guys using? It's sweet.
I use a canon t2i for my main camera and a pixel 2 phone camera with a moment lens for the coin camera. Links to all my gear here: www.quinscoins.com/gear.html
If you see green pennies. It is usually Green Lead paint. That paint was used more going back from the 70's and older. My grandfather used to paint those ships green. Shipyard pennies I used to call them.
I found 1951 and 1964 silver dimes of $230 in dimes
Cool Indian head
Just curious where do you purchase these boxes? I'm into treasure hunting, mainly metal detector but something Id like to get into.
@John Rambo ok yeah I was pretty sure you could buy them from banks but wasn't sure.
Have found TWO Indian heads both were 1884 ‘s
Yesterday I dot my first v nickel found coin roll hunting it was a last year 1912 I know that there was a1913 but I believe there was only one ever made also I have a first year v nickel 1883 but I bought that one
Very cool! There were 5 1913 v nickels made, although it is rumored that there was a 6th. Nice score on your first v nickel found in circulation!
Good luck on that flying eagle 🦅.
Find a 1856 and you can retire. once in Two Million of a chance or hitting the Lottery.
I have one thats big my dad said its a repleca
Jealous! As of late, I haven't found anything decent coin roll hunting. However, I did come across a 1898 Indian head while at the gas station. Spotted it in the drawer thinking it was a Wheatie at first. The guy gave it to me without even looking at it when I asked for it.
Good eye! Way to always be looking out and nice find 👍🏻
I bought my very first penny box a couple of months ago out here in central ny and within 6 rolls, i found a 1909 vdb.( no "s") but I still shit a brick! Also, along came many wheats from the 20's, 30's, 40's and even a 1911 plain.
Hello guys how do I order that penny mat its to cool.love your channel.xoxo
Hi Sonja! You can get them on my website: www.quinscoins.com
How do I get your coin mats
I have a 2009 Presidency Denver penny.
Liberty, Liberty, Li-ber-ty!!
I’ve found two in one box before I was so happy
Nice Indian head.
I've stubled apon a canadian penny and a dime from 1943!
Chances of finding an Indian Head Penny in a box: roughly 1 in 100
Chances of finding it on the end of a roll in that box: 1 in 25
Overall, the estimated likelihood of this happening is 1 in 2500, or 0.04%. This is no doubt a once in a lifetime find!
1 in 25? More like one in 25000. I think you got your numbers wrong.
Andrew Smith drive to the bank, ask if they have any penny rolls, if you have an account then ask to order from the fed.
Would you please let me know if a 1928 Canadian penny is worth more than a penny.
Janet Gordon Depending on how much it is worn, how much detail you can see, and if there is any shine, this coin ranges from 30 cents to nearly ten dollars. On average, a 1928 Canadian cent is probably on the 30-50 cents range. But it’s cool to own a coin like that!
Edit: If it is very shiny but looks worn, it is cleaned, and cleaned coins always have a lower value.
I have 35 Indian head pennys
I've got a mint 1863 indian head penny. You can see all the details. Its beutiflul.
Hello ,how are you calculating the points ? Thanks.
We are using the Quin's Coins coin roll hunting competition score sheet located on the back of our placemats. I designed these placemats and have them up for sale on my website if you're interested! www.quinscoins.com
I didn't even know they made so many new penny styles I've never had one yet but the shield penny
@John Rambo im talking about the new style ones
Ancient is a little bit of an exaggeration, since "ancient coins" actually exist. :D Great find, very cool!
Mud,, well it is not the first time they got a grand slam on an ender.. V nickel ender etc.. hmmmm... ;-)
I’ve got a Denver 1941 wheat. How much is it worth?
Nice Indian Head! My son pulled one out of a roll 2 weeks ago. He found it after opening only 10 rolls ever of coins. Beginner's luck!
Beginners luck is right! Good for him! :D
I got a good condition Indian Head penny from the 1898 I think. It might be the 1889
I had no idea they were that rare, I found one in my second box, that is really cool
Where did you get a box from ?
@@buddhaboi5630 3 years lat 99% chance you will not reply but I will tell you. They get them from the bank.
They are rare in circulation. A well worn common date Indian Head like that isn't rare in collections or worth much.
What can you tell me about the 1943 Canadian penny?
I'm observing on many wreaks pennies you're finned, I have one to beat you up. How may I contact you ? For your 1903 Indian pennie, I have a 1892 one. For your 1940, I have a 1938 and and many of the others.
I have 27 blue booklets of the Indian heads 1600s-1900s 😂😅
Aria Kumin No you probably don’t
Wow the 1600's?? Now I know you're lying Indian Head pennies were only minted from 1859 to 1909.
Omg god that’s so cool u have Indian head coins from 1600 that must be very rare
