Some green beans would be nice in that tray bake - they go really well with tarragon (and lemon). I would just bung them in (well scattered on top) at the same time as the tomatoes. One of the best things about stuff like this tray bake is it requires so little prep time and fuss when cooking. So if you are feeling a bit under the weather, or a bit hungover, or are just a bit lazy (or possibly all 3), it is pretty easy to get something tasty to eat.

Here in the colonies, aka Canada, we cover the pan with a lid. It doesn't stop all of the splattering but it sure cuts down on it. ( btw, this is all tongue in cheek). Great vid, and now I know what I'm doing with the chicken legs i bought today, thank Adam!

And we have a shot of freezing rain and snow coming at the end of the week. So I’m cooking a big pot of beef stew. Hope the misses gets well quickly.

I reckon people would actually pay £15 or so at Christmas for some quality sweets (not streets) made using decent tasting chocolate, in a proper, big *tin* tin (not a plastic tub) with old-skool crinkly wrappers. Gap in the market for someone. Kerrygold is from grass fed cows, so it's going to taste better. Also, did you work in a kitchen once upon a time? It's just that some of your cooking action and knowledge has a hint of cheffiness about it!

Lurpak has also employed shrinkflation by reducing the size of their butter to 200g so that they can charge about the same price as supermarkets are charging for their own brands. So your led into falsely thinking it's cheap as th supermarket brand when it's 50g lighter.
