I agree with your list. When I was in my teens, my mom started buying me nice artwork for my birthdays, so by the time I graduated college, I had all this art in my apartment. My girlfriend at the time was super impressed I knew about all these artists.
@Michael Thomas to be a super alpha, you need to spend all your time trolling a RUclips channel that you pretend to hate. That's how you know you've got the life of a king. 😂
For Reference (To save you 6- minutes ) 1- Nice book collection 2- Speakers 3- Wall art 4- Pillows 5- Plants - shows you can take care sod something (alongs it’s something low maintenance hahaha) 5- Candles /oil defuses 6- Nice lighting 7- Full length mirror Style over function - Technically you could have never read those books haha.
I have all these things but nowhere to put them though. As a single parent sometimes we are just doing the best we can. I live with family for financial reasons.
Truth! Not exactly the same, but a couple nights ago, I invited my next-door neighbor over for beer for the first time. He came in, told me I did a great job with my apartment, and said one of the first things he noticed was my bookshelf, which I wasn't expecting - then Courtney lists it at number one, ha
Well I checked every one of those. For the pillows, I sew my own, I also paint so I have pieces that I did. The military got me into the full mirror because it's easier to check yourself. One thing I would add to that your list is....a proper cook set.
That is awesome you sewed your own pillows. I paint too so definitely have pieces all over my apartment as well as skulls of animals I hunted and killed (I paint those too).
I got my own 14 peace high quality knife set (like you can seriously shave your face with them sharp), & some stone ware for baking. I'm also looking into cast iron pans & some regular pots & pans. I happen to know something about plants I was in landscaping/ property maintenance for 8 years.
The smooth or chill music playing on the background has always been something I love doing. Specially when it's a rainy or chilly day, nothing like listening to something shooting while drinking a hot drink and laying the couch watching or reading.
As a guy who's done all of those things already, I just want to say I completely agree with her. Take care of your space guys, potential partners will see it as an indication that you value yourself and your space, and will value them and theirs.
I got a giant glass bottle with a drip spout, a big standing exercise wheel, some clear plastic tunnel pieces, and of course a bunch of wood shavings. I set it all up in the spare room in my house, and the girls just love it.
Your videos have been very helpful, I did a major turn around on my closet. Im proud of my first black suit, got new dress shoes and new ties. Working on more suits, and now time for a turn around on everything else, I got books anyways. Thanks Courtney!! Keep it up!..
I just moved into a sick new studio apartment in LA and am getting it all set up and this video came at a perfect time! Minus the plant, I am hitting everything else on the list..thanks, C!
Great video, Courtney. I think the "pillow" thing goes both ways. I remember sleeping @ my sister's place to watch her kids. The bed had so many figgin pillows on it, unmaking it & then making it......I felt like I was working @ a loading dock.
I agree with this video wholeheartedly. After living in military barracks for year I learned these things were important just to make my room feel like a home.
Book collection is sweet, but having had to move a few times in college and in adult life... Those books are HEAVY!!! Swap to a Kindle/Nook and just keep a couple of favorites around (and arrange them nicely, duh).
5/8 so far, hoppin on the other 3. And guys out there, do it for yourself and the aesthetic of the crib. It feels good instead of depressing when you’re at home.
Ooooo this is golden! I used to bring home girls that would stare at my book collection - great conversation starter too! I've also gotten positive comments about having extra, comfy pillows on my bed (I have 5. 4 out of the 5 are memory foam pillows, so my bed is a very comfy place). No plants though! So now I know what to invest in 😁. Thanks Courtney!
Books: heavy, cumbersome, and take up a LOT of space and energy. I used to have a large collection, but when I adopted the minimal lifestyle, I realized I didn't need to hold on to so much. All my books are digital now. I don't need to impress anyone with a wall of books. It did take a while to get to this mentality, as I'm a graphic designer by trade, and I love a beautifully crafted book. Speakers: Make no sense in an apartment. I have a sound bar that I bought specifically for my apartment. It doesn't have a sub. That's all I need. I'm not pissing off the neighbors. Art: Eh, this is personal. I have a few pieces, but again, they can be cumbersome, depending on how many and size. Not to mention, if you're like me, your tastes evolve, so the art that may be appealing to you now, might not be in a year or two. Pillows - functional: YES, Decorative: UNNECESSARY and just more clutter. Plants: I have no issue here as long as it doesn't turn into a jungle. There is a limit. Women tend to go overkill in this area. Leave the outside... outside. Having a couple of decorative plants or a small tree can add a nice touch, though. Candles: Yes. You want your place to smell good. That said, don't do a different smell in every room. Stick to one scent at a time. Lighting: YES. This is most important to me. I need a calm, warm, inviting place when I get home. Lamps set a more relaxed mood and allow light to land where needed, helping you to relax and adjust to the twilight hours. Overhead lighting with white light bulbs is not only ugly as hell, but messes with your body's ability to adapt to night mode. If it looks like day inside your place at 10PM, you're doing it wrong. Full-length mirror: Yes, to a degree. I generally know what I look like and what works well in my wardrobe. I use my bathroom mirror for the important parts. I don't need to see my shoes and my jacket together. That said, mirrors make rooms look larger and give you the option to see yourself if needed. There have been times over the years where I actually did need a full-body mirror. I just don't need one often enough to justify the purchase... yet.
From the time I was 28-33 I met a lot of women. It's just what I did. Clean, things match, flow and tie together, pillows on the matching recliners, a sconce in every room, scented candles, wall pictures, a nice surround sound with quality speakers... You're very right. When things are clean, and flow, it's just more comfortable, especially for women.
Im 20 and i know alot about decoration and interior design already, im realy into antiques, last time a girl came she was really surprised how beautiful, cozy, warm and welcomming my room was. So if u Guys want some tips. Go for stuf like real wood, stone ,anythink metal like bronze, copper or silver. Do some research in collor pallets and try to match stuf togetter.... Also very big + girls like cozy and romantic lights so if u can put several indirect sources of light and candles in the room she wil love it. And make sure ure house smels good💪🏻
Few other suggestions: 1. Professional office space (if you have the space) 2. Exercise equipment (if you have the space) 3. Fancy Cookware on display if possible such as cooking knives cooking pots/pans, French press etc. These are things I get compliments on as well.
Pillows: Girls often have loads of pillows even on their sofas. I find that quite annoying - and there were resourceful engineers who designed sofas already padded.
A great thing to put on the walls is acoustic treatments that have been modified to have decorative designs on them. You literally cannot understand the difference having an acoustically treated room makes. It is just something you have to hear to comprehend.
That's if you live your life to impress women. Scroll up and checkout my list. As a man, my advice to another man is, live YOUR life the way you want it and don't spend time trying to impress anyone.
I actually live in a shipping container. These are great ideas. It will definitely brighten up the place. Though, no girl is going to want to see my home. Yet, my life will be better. Thank you for great ideas.
Just found your channel and love the content. I'm 23 and saving up to buy my own house so this one immediately caught my eye. I'll consider this video my start to some early planning 🙏
I'd recommend the following books for a library collection. Faust - Goethe Death In Venice - Thomas Mann Divine Comedy - Dante Illustration Of The Book Of Job - William Blake Red Book - Dr C G Jung Letters On Life - Rainer Maria Rilke Thus Spake Zarathustra - Friedrich Nietzsche Reign Of Quantity - Rene Guenon Wuthering Heights - Emily Bronte Crime And Punishment - Fyodor Dostoyevsky War And Peace - Leo Tolstoy
I had tons of books (that I actually had read 😅) but it takes too much space and time to clean, even if it is true that it looks nice. So I got rid of most of them except well illustrated ones and I use digital books. But I agree it looks great.
1. A book collection 2. Speakers 3. Wall art 4. Pillows (a minimum of 2) 5. Plants ("Wow, he can take care of something") 6. Candles or an essential oil diffuser 7. Nice lighting (e.g. with an Edison bulb) 8. A full-length mirror A good list, Courtney - and as you say, it's not gender-specific; men and women alike will benefit from incorporating these items in their home
Before moving in with girlfriend: 6 of 8 After: 8 of 8 Also having some kind of instrument is a great addition but that of course requires you know how to play. Girls/women loves when a guy plays the piano or any for that matter, trust me I know.
Courtney RYAN, is about as sharp as they come.....Its like going to a really smart therapist, without having to pay! Really good advice....I don't understand at such a young age where she gets all of it. CR Thank YOU! CCC Austin, TX
1. Bed (mattress works) 2. Comfortable chair 3. A lamp 4. Table (optional) 5. Laptop 6. Console (any handheld as it doesn't require a tv) 7. Crate of beer 8. One random item (preferably stolen)
This is an amazing list... I have an entire library full of books.... I have speakers, I have more pillows and cushions than I can literally cope with. I have candles and oil diffusers and reed diffusers. I have lamps and plants all over the place... I do not have a full length mirror... but 7 out of 8 isn't bad.... lol
Small touches that help for return visits: 4. Toothbrush in the box 3. Assortment of high-end soaps and personal products (shampoo, moisturizer, etc.) 2. Assortment of clean sleepwear (t-shirts, dress shirts, boxer shorts) 1. Clean bathroom (with bathtub) for her to use afterwards 0. Separate bed for you to sleep on after you finish. (Just say, "sleep well, and enjoy the surroundings. I'm going to my man cave.") Clean, Clean, Clean is the #1 rule.
@@ch1bob It’s entirely within your purview to laugh. That said, I like my separate bed. After the fun time ends, it’s nice to have the whole mattress to yourself.
@@frglaf4187 i get it completely but it takes 2 very mature people to understand the need for this and also money to be able to afford at least 2 rooms
I have everything except a plant. My wall art is primarily band posters, anime art, and 1 painting that I love because of it's duality. I have 4 different scents based on the season. I change my candles and my glade plug in scents every season. Spring is usually lavender and lemon, Summer is linen and ocean, Fall is cinnamon and apple, and winter is Vanilla bean and usually something christmas-like. I change them on the equinoxes and the solstices. I have a reminder in my phone. My book collection is actually pretty impressive. I was pissed when my old book shelf collapsed due to the weight. I had to get 2 sturdy oak ones that take up half a wall. My computer and my TV both have independent speakers and a woofer (I play video games so when I drop a bomb, I want to hear it in surround sound). I have 3 pillows. 1 I put between my knees to keep them from cracking together because I sleep on my left side. 1 is to provide a base for my 3rd one which is an ergonomic pillow which keeps my spine from aching. I layer the pillows because my neck needs a little bit more space so it's not in a weird angle while I sleep. There are 2 types of lighting in my home. The overhead lights which are every day use, and the lamps on my end tables which tend to be a little bit more mood-setting and are usually used when i'm reading. I do have a full length mirror, but it's in my bathroom so most people won't see it.
You can keep pillows in this thing called a "Linen closet". Nothing worse than having to move 500 pillows every time you want to sit. Along with your extra towels and bed sheets, which you should also have too. You can use the back of that closet door to hang a ironing board on and do your ironing there. This is something ALL guys should know how to do along with washing your clothes. I have 35 guitars and basses hanging on my walls and my artwork is signed photos of musicians. I not only have speakers...I've had them since I bought them new in 1981, along with the rest of the now vintage stereo system (Pioneer). Younger women are STUNNED at what a real, high end stereo system actually sounds like! Since I'm in my (paid for) house, I can play it as loud as I please. Also guys.....DUST stuff off!! Get a duster on a stick and do your blinds and ceiling fans too! Grab your vacuum out of the linen closet and use it. Sweeping a floor is just the first part. I have a small library. Plenty of books that I like to read. One warning guys.... enjoy your own apartment/house while you can because when a woman moves in, your "stuff" goes!! Its all about what she wants and your things are not part of that, ever. Ever hear of a thing called a "Man Cave"? What do you think that really is? Its the "You need to get your junk out of my house" room. Doesn't matter if you paid for the house, its hers now. Yep, you guessed it, I live alone and my house is all mine for that reason.
MY house essentials: 1-basic cook-ware (pan, bowls, graters, 2 knives, utensils, tongs, spatula, etc.) 2- something to defend yourself with (kiss my ass, i dont live next to cops) 3-security cameras, because thats how we have to live in the United States 4-first aid kit with what i need to prevent going to UMC 5-effective fire extinguishing equipment including a cookie sheet 6-batteries, and enough to stop the annoying as hell smoke detector beeps 7-stuff to keep you feeling healthy and not with a common cold 8-TV and Video games and laptop with good internet to drown noise because someone has to have an obnoxious backyard dog they dont do jack shit about what i wish it was 1-a lightsaber 2-automated defence turrets 3-a protocol droid like C-3PO to help me around the outpost and help with cooking 4-entertainment room impervious to external disruptions and jamming 5-foodstuffs to not require me to shop atleast twice a week 6-underground storage enough to storage a 53 foot container 7-weather proof structure including a conning tower 8-special air and water filtration systems that makes water and air healthier than what rich people get
@@EUpbeatGamerC depends (anything you buy low and sell high can be a good investment) . Crypto stocks art etc are an example, only difference is that a house provides you with a beautiful and comfortable shelter from the elements. If you do it right, you can technically get paid to own your house and enjoy it for a few years. All investments go up and down in value, such is their nature.
That music you had playing in the background, now that would be something I'd love to play in my apartment, so ambient, calm, soothing, relaxing....ur def NOT wrong when it comes to jazz or classical music. What about a 67" 4k to 8k tv hanging on the wall...so one can "Netflix and Chill" or "hulu and Chill", also having a smart device like google home hub or amazon echo is also good. Other than that, just love this! Thank you! And having like certain cultural artifacts or statues from one's travels or archaelogical trips does create a sense of mystery and curiosity for the girl who notices it and having photos on say, an electric fireplace....anything that will make her quite curious and interested! The humidifier with the scents, finally i can put that to good use! Like if you have artifacts, it certainly is a conversation starter cuz she will ask you about those...and also a glass cabinet full of amazing delicious wines imported from all over the world ....something you can bring out and share! And having your very own Nespresso Machine too is also good!
Let me recommend one more ESSENTIAL item. Soap and freshly laundered hand towels in the bathroom. This is so important and a disgusting bathroom is a fast track for feeling uneasy in your home and questioning your grooming habits.
Useful apartment equipment list: 1- bed 2- heating system 3- internet access 4- microwave 5- fridge Everything else is superfluous. Aka it's for girls. Books are just to show off... C'mon. I read all my books in pdf format on my computer. Way more convenient to carry around.
i got the bookshelf, the full length mirror, the pillows, the lamp, the wall art is guitars and swords at every inch of the wall. the speakers are a great, but you want much higher end than what you showed. studio monitors with subwoofers. you really need to spend about 3k minimum on speakers. i don't do plants, i have 8 pets, and i also use blackout curtains. plants won't do well. i prefer incense sticks and automatic dispensers for having a good scent in the place. good list Courtney.
1. Book collection: I wonder if comic books count? 🤔 1. Speaker: I have, just not mounted. I don’t even have my living room furnished. Furnishing a 3 bed room house from scratch…shit takes time 3. Wallart: do $6000 mtb bike frames and custom spec builds count. My art work is practical and ranges in $9000 - $14000. How about tool work shop? That’s mechanical art by my book. 4. Pillows: I have enough practical pillows. Two pillows per bedroom. 5. Plants: all my plants are edible. I like onion, garlic, peaches are in season, etc 6. Candles: 7. Lighting: well it’s thunderstorm season. So I get natural burst of light. It comes with a crackling sound a few secs later 8. Mirror
Before watching the video my response was, a bed and a sofa. Just being funny. After watching this video I realized she's right and I'm happy to say that my living units all have had all of those elements. It's only my current unit that does not have the full length mirror. Note to self: Get full length mirror.
I was pleasantly surprised by the end of the video to realize I have (almost) all of these things. Of course it helps that I have a degree in architectural design, use some of my own photography for wall art, and I worked in a bookstore for a year. I can kill a cactus, and have, so I went with fake plants, the next best thing, you just have to find some of the decent looking ones that don't look totally fake. And dust them once and awhile.
Woman: “He needs to be tall, dark and handsome, confident, successful, with tons of money, and he needs to dress well, he needs to have a killer apartment, a crap load of stuff… He needs to be kind, caring, sensitive and strong… and most importantly, he must be naive enough that I can sleep with someone else behind his back”.
Right. While I think Courtney is honestly sincere, to get relationship advice on what's real today fellas need to listen to men And while Miss Ryan does exude some kind of peaceful atmosphere, it's her rocking hot looks that really draw the views.
@@braydon9486 Advice? Here goes, and note I've learned this from personal experience not having RUclips videos to enlighten me (I'm 61, and yes that thumbnail of mine is real). Two absolutely huge items a man needs to accomplish: 1st, Get the education you need to earn a very good income. It doesn't have to be college but can be (electrical engineering for me). I know a plumber who leveraged his skills into a 15 employee business and now owns an Alfa Romeo 8C, Ferrari 575 Barchetta (manual no less!), Lamborghini Mura (in restoration purgatory), and two old V4 beater Saabs he likes to wrench on. He's now probably 65 and has a lady who's maybe 50 (I see no finger trophy) who is slender fit, and attractive for her age. Now, on the education & career, understand this will often take a good eight years to really hit your grove (for me it was 4 years military then engineering school). Income matters hugely to women, and honestly you don't want to care what gas costs anyway. Also, the change in women's interest in you really jumps when they find out what you do for a living and they know it pays well. Women's changing attitude towards me was kind of a shock after being completely invisible through my military and college years (few women around making that scene worse). 2nd, but in parallel to getting that education, get your sorry a** in the gym, get fit, and put on some muscle. And yes, this is going to take some years as well, so get to it. I didn't start going to the gym till I was 30 looking for low impact exercise (had my fill of basketball) and didn't believe I could ever put on any muscle. I was wrong!!!!!! In about five years I went up three shirt sizes. Now, I was always noticed since I'm tall, but that was as far as it went. But then putting on 20 lbs of muscle changed my world! Let's put it this way; "Doors of opportunity open" when you're quite fit, muscular, and healthy looking. People are more receptive when you're in such condition. And I'm not just talking about opportunities to roll in the sack with some women, it's career and a lot more. RUclips is great for exposing female nature and how to manage it, but you first have to get on your purpose and make it happen. For men this takes some years and as such any dithering is a giant waste of time. Put in the work and YOU will be the one women find attractive. All you need to do is be in their space and pick up on the cues they give out signaling interest. Oh, two more things; charm is powerful. It will get you much further in life more often than being the bulldozer trying to push through everything. And ask yourself; where do you want to be in your life when you're 40 years old? Best get working towards that goal today. And so there you have it Bray. That's my advice and for me it was learned from trial, error, and fumbling around wasting years and ending up in a very disappointing marriage (Don't Do Crazy!!!). But, I'm doing great. Kicked the wife out, retired early, resolving a few minor issues, and then will be out enjoying the country side (Death Valley in February? I'm going!).
@@Snarge22 Thanks for the general advice, but you had mentioned relationship advice in your first comment. Do you have any relationship advice? Where are these youtube videos that expose the female nature and how to manage it? How does managing the female nature make for a good relationship?
I used to have metres of shelves, full of books, 15 years ago - and nobody cared. Now I have just one bookcase (maybe 20 books, 30 tops), and people are surprisingly impressed that there are any books at all. My speakers are garbage, but I'm not that much for music anyway. It's all audiobooks and podcasts, these days. Wall art is great. Granted, it's all stuff by either my mother, grandmother, or brother; but feel that just makes it more personal. At my age, I need at least two pillows just for myself. Plants are great. Get into that bonsai thing, it's grand. Candles/incense could work, but I can see it backfiring...
1. A firearm 2. A high quality knife 3. Flash light 4. Basic tools (screw driver, hammer, wrench etc.) 5. Basic cooking equipment and a reasonable amount of spare food (and stored water) 6. Spare CASH (not in a bank) 7. Books 8. Home gym equipment if you can’t make it to the regular gym. At least a pull up bar, some dumbbells won’t hurt either.
@@NoMoneyOut we can compare if you like? I feel confident of my square footage, and I live in England haha. How about the price of our sofas, or the value of the art on our walls? Or we could not throw petty insults over possessions at each other, your choice. Douglas thought antifa was America's real threat, but said nothing about January 6th. That's odious enough for me.

I think having a woman you can trust touch or opinion on your apartment or house can actually be a great investment cuz honestly not many of us guys know this stuff. I love more neutral colors when comes to decorating. I totally agree with the bookshelf, wall art, and candles. The only thing I'm not sure about is plants cuz i might forget to water them 😅. Anyways i appreciate your help. Have a lovely weekend 🌺
Good tips though really, Courtney, I've had a Mimosa plant in my room for a couple years now(and kept it alive). I like the most intelligent plants. The "Sensitive Plant," a type of vine-like Mimosa ground cover plant, retracts it's leaves or an entire bow when you touch it, of it feels threatened by that touch. I also used to have incense sticks. I'll get some candles though, instead. Maybe bees' wax? I've read that regular exposure to petroleum product smoke(think oil and gas fumes, car exhaust as well as actual candles, etc.) can be carcinogenic and hard on our lungs. That's why I even got rid of my big collection of really good smelling incense sticks, just because I liked the smell so much I would let them burn too long, making myself breath in excessive amounts of smoke from whatever they were using in those sticks both the good and bad. On the full length mirror, I definitely agree, though if I were your guy I'd definitely miss watching to climb up on the side of the tub to see in the mirror. 😉 😄. Take care and keep learning to steadily be and slowly improve the best version of you. 🤩
Interesting video, here is my personal list: 1. A $70,000 sports car. 2. A custom kitchen. 3. A big screen TV with a Polk Audio stereo. 4. A Tempur-pedic bed 5. A few semi-automatic handguns. 6. A built AR-15 7. A built AK-47 8. A decent gaming PC 9. Some healthy food. 10. A custom alarm system with automation. Keep in mind, I stopped dating 6 years ago and I don't bring people whom I just met (on the rare occasion that I do meet women) to my house.
Assure that you have read the books in your library; otherwise, having a full bookcase is merely a prop rather than a reflection of what you are interested in.
Interesting items. I had so many books I had to give them to the local library. They were mostly about cryptography-which is my profession. My fav thing on the walls is my Navy officers sword. My early 1970s Marantz stereo and Advent speakers finally died for the last time around 1993. My fav watch is my Seiko Big Tuna. I do amateur photography with a German Voigtlander Vito B film camera from 1957 and a German Leica Q2 digital camera from 2022.
Interesting, already have them all. Also in the guest bathroom I keep a spare toothbrush, toothpaste and soap all still in the box as well as shampoo/conditioner and feminine hygiene products. Be ready for the stay over guys.
Guy here. Wet wipes (unscented) on the back of the toilet and a garbage can in the bathroom. Sometimes women need that extra help getting clean and disposing of her feminine products. Oh and extra pillows. Dunno why but keep some extra in the closet.
I know this is a quick list for kitchen I would add the proper cloth napkins actually cheaper then constantly buying paper napkins and yet look way better and eco friendly
OK, I admit, I'm a function before form person, and music is important to me, so I'd never select speakers for how they look. Never. Now, if they look good that's a bonus, but yeah, how they sound is the ONLY important factor for me :) Oh, and that I can afford them hahah :)
Books: they just accumulate dust even if you read them every day. Speakers: absolutely necessary, I recommend nest hub because it's a smart speaker and you can do so much more than listening to music. Wall art: shouldn't just be art, could also be posters, photography or stuff you painted. Pillows: well hello op Plants: they just occupy space and require you to take care of them, plus it's a nest for insects Candles : yeah but can be also scents and stuff Lights: that's fundamental, make them smart bulbs if you can Mirror: meh, just get one for the entrance alley or smth
Probably also good to note. One should not bring people to your place too soon for safety reasons. Once they know where you live you had better be able to trust them.
I read I’m not going to lug all the book I read from apt to apt. I love having speakers my neighbors don’t, I have a sound bar that’s enough to trigger a knock and a whine.

@Penderyn you shouldn't have a bookshelf

Definitely! Especially now that everyone is home a lot more. When you make it your own it’s so much more enjoyable!

Pillows: Girls often have loads of pillows even on their sofas. I find that quite annoying - and there were resourceful engineers who designed sofas already padded.
Now, you're thinking like a guy....
because they like surrounding themselves with soft stuff but they forgot the ease of collapsing on the couch and turning on the TV without getting up
So I need a book, wall art, plants, a lamp and mirror. Just when I thought I nailed it already 🙄
A book?
I mean, traditionally if you're only going to have one it should be a bible.
A great thing to put on the walls is acoustic treatments that have been modified to have decorative designs on them. You literally cannot understand the difference having an acoustically treated room makes. It is just something you have to hear to comprehend.

For the players, an instrument or a turntable w/ records adds a nice touch to any living space.

2- something to defend yourself with (kiss my ass, i dont live next to cops)
3-security cameras, because thats how we have to live in the United States
4-first aid kit with what i need to prevent going to UMC
5-effective fire extinguishing equipment including a cookie sheet
6-batteries, and enough to stop the annoying as hell smoke detector beeps
7-stuff to keep you feeling healthy and not with a common cold
8-TV and Video games and laptop with good internet to drown noise because someone has to have an obnoxious backyard dog they dont do jack shit about
what i wish it was
1-a lightsaber
2-automated defence turrets
3-a protocol droid like C-3PO to help me around the outpost and help with cooking
4-entertainment room impervious to external disruptions and jamming
5-foodstuffs to not require me to shop atleast twice a week
6-underground storage enough to storage a 53 foot container
7-weather proof structure including a conning tower
8-special air and water filtration systems that makes water and air healthier than what rich people get

@@Snarge22 Ok wise old man, I'll bite. Give me some relationship advice.
@@braydon9486
Advice? Here goes, and note I've learned this from personal experience not having RUclips videos to enlighten me (I'm 61, and yes that thumbnail of mine is real).
Two absolutely huge items a man needs to accomplish:
1st, Get the education you need to earn a very good income.

My speakers are garbage, but I'm not that much for music anyway. It's all audiobooks and podcasts, these days.
Wall art is great. Granted, it's all stuff by either my mother, grandmother, or brother; but feel that just makes it more personal.
At my age, I need at least two pillows just for myself.
Plants are great. Get into that bonsai thing, it's grand.

@@Olyfrun -- No, lets post pictures of money with the username written down on a piece of paper in... green marker.
Or, any marker you choose😈
I live in Vegas, and have land...
We can go blow for blow, bruv.
@@NoMoneyOut and yet you ask for pictures of handwritten text. You started this line of attack, and now you have stepped back. So be it.
Regardless, Murray thinks antifa are a threat to America but had little to say after January 6th. That's odious enough in my book, what are your thoughts?
I think having a woman you can trust touch or opinion on your apartment or house can actually be a great investment cuz honestly not many of us guys know this stuff. I love more neutral colors when comes to decorating. I totally agree with the bookshelf, wall art, and candles. The only thing I'm not sure about is plants cuz i might forget to water them 😅. Anyways i appreciate your help. Have a lovely weekend 🌺
Yes absolutely! ❤️ I love decorating lol my boyfriend just let me do all of it. Have a great weekend!
Having plants shows responsibility and discipline if you keep them watered
Interesting video, here is my personal list:
1. A $70,000 sports car.
2. A custom kitchen.
3. A big screen TV with a Polk Audio stereo.
4. A Tempur-pedic bed
5. A few semi-automatic handguns.
6. A built AR-15
7. A built AK-47
8. A decent gaming PC
Been thinking about this video for a couple weeks. Finally decided to come back it
Interesting items.
That’s such a great idea!
OMG 😱!!! Your voice. ASMR without the background music. Tbh I fell asleep when I watched this video.
My cave looks like sound studio ! LPs and high end speakers all over the place. Day and night jazz, heavy, ambient, and of course Ludwig
Pillows: well hello op
Plants: they just occupy space and require you to take care of them, plus it's a nest for insects
Candles : yeah but can be also scents and stuff
Lights: that's fundamental, make them smart bulbs if you can
Mirror: meh, just get one for the entrance alley or smth
Probably also good to note. One should not bring people to your place too soon for safety reasons. Once they know where you live you had better be able to trust them.
I read I’m not going to lug all the book I read from apt to apt. I love having speakers my neighbors don’t, I have a sound bar that’s enough to trigger a knock and a whine.
